The service at the buffet breakfast was superb. All the staff were excellent rooms and furniture were a little dated, but clean and in good condition. Location is fantastic - very central. Right across from Syntagma square. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough, hard to see even with magnifying mirror.
Shower handle a problem to operate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful,
Excellent location,
Food I didn’t taste but I tasted the deserts which was really good,
But the room was outdated and not well maintained especially the toilets maybe because i booked through expedia so the price was lower than the price of the hotel

It is impossible to describe how wonderful the staff was. We had luggage problems…..we were
in Athens and the bags in Amsterdam. Everyone worked with us to get these bags delivered…phone calls and emails were made and sent. In addition to the excellent accommodations was this fantastic staff. Highest of recommendations to the NJV Athens Plaza.
