The room had stained drapes, and they didn't cover the windows completely. Used clips on hand for privacy. Bathroom needing upgrade. Caulking messy. Overall needing improvement.

When we pulled up there were ripped curtains in rooms visible from the outside of the hotel. Magnum condom on ground in front parking lot. The guy checking us in was loudly complaining that he had too many checks ins. Walking up to our room there were pictures hanging crooked sliding off the sticky material on the wall. Entering our room we got smacked in the face with an overpowering smell of air freshener. The suite was big and the king size bed was comfortable. However the door to our bedroom in suite looked like someone used a crowbar to pry it open. The wallpaper was peeling and the tile to the jacuzzi tub was falling off. Things looked like they needed windexed and the carpet could use a deep clean. The pool was small, cold and cloudy. The pool room smelled extremely strong of chlorine. Lots of things in the game room were out of service. The included breakfast was good with a nice variety. Location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. If you don’t mind dirty, outdated hotels then this place would be nice.

The bedding had hair and the shower i went to the front desk and told the lady what happened and that i didnt want to change rooms just asked if i can get clean bedding but she told me she only had flat sheets so i grab them and put it on the bed also the room was very cold but other than that the bed was comfy and it was really quiet

Me and my wife needed a few days away for her birthday and this hotel was perfect. Clean and freindly. The pool was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious i would absolutely stay again.

It was overall a nice stay. The elevator was very creaky and my kids refused to ride it and took the stairs every time. They ran out of breakfast about 30 min before it ended. The indoor pool had such a strong chemical smell from the chlorine it was hard to stay in for more than 50 minutes

The room was decent. The hot water was luke warm at best. The jacuzzi couldnt get warm enough so wasnt worth it. Bed was comfortable and room heater worked great.

The bed was good. Temperature of the room difficult to control. Too hot for me. Breakfast food was about the worst I’ve ever seen for that kind of self serve breakfast. So called scrambled eggs discharged from a plastic bag, etc overall the place was okay but don’t expect to eat much

The lady at the desk was very nice upon check in and I went to the room which 2 of the lamps had burnt out light bulbs. No extra linens and when I requested a few blankets because the room was cold, and the wall unit thermometer didn’t work, the man at the desk told me “well it’s Saturday and house keeping is short so we don’t have any more blankets.” And when I asked if someone could show me how to turn on the thermometer he told me it was either the wall unit or the other unit by the window that controls the heat. Nothing about that cold dark 1st story room down the hall from the banquet room should cost 390 after tax. But it is what it is and I won’t be returning again.

Nice stay. Good room. Heat was an issue. New heaters were installed and thermostat did not work. Called front desk and they said maintenance said to adjust floor model not thermostat. Quick response but a lack of communication. Otherwise recommend.

Booked the hotel for the pool which was beyond cold (heater broke) so kids were disappointed. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room carpet had some stains but was clean otherwise. Bed was comfy.

The sound of elephants coming thur my ceiling a latge family above me called down twice to front desk and didnt stop this was on new years eve and the floor in the room was soft in spots and i almist put my foot thur the floor next to tub

The room itself was nice, fit my wife , me and our 3 kids, but the main reason i booked there was because of the heated indoor pool, and of course it was not working so its ice cold. Huge bummer, can imagine how long its been broken and the owner neglects to fix it. Will never go there again

I choose this hotel over others because it had an indoor pool and a game room, which were going to be great for our family stay. The pool heater was broken, so the water was cold. The hot tub was filthy, and the pool shower was broken so we couldn't even rinse off the abundant chemicals and filth when we were leaving. The shower itself was filthy as well. In the game room, I think half the machines were out of order, and most took quarters but there was no change machine there. We we just lucky I had some. The evening cookies and treats are a nice touch, and the breakfast was good. My son enjoyed making a waffle. The hotel abuts a Brewery/Restaurant which was fantastic; that's the best thing about this place. Lastly, the heat was up incredibly high in all the common areas. It was incredibly wasteful and uncomfortable, even in the hallways to the rooms! I heard other guests complaining about this as well.

Hotel in decay it is sad cause we know the place very well, we have been there for over 10 years. Pool was closed with mold smell since they installed rubber floors around the pool. The breakfast area was dirty during the meals, the personal were talking in the back store instead of doing their job. Same pattern for the 3 days we were there.

The stay was nice, unfortunately the pool was not in use the first day and the second day the pool was at 64 degrees which was really cold. It was a huge disappointment since we had chosen this hotel mainly for the pool for our children. The food was great and the service too. Would go back as long as the pool is functional.

Our stay was underwhelming. Our room was clean and everything was in good working order and I appreciate that most. Our bed was lumpy. I was disappointed to learn that there was no cleaning service unless you were there at least 3 nights. I did appreciate having the trash emptied and fresh linens each day. I was traveling with my 2 adult daughters and their respective families. Every time any of us returned to our rooms our room keys did not work. While the staff fixed the problem each time, I felt like I was being scolded each time it happened. I have traveled extensively and am aware there are times our phones or other things may demagnetize the room keys, but every time, for everyone one us over the course of 3 nights? Breakfast buffet was disappointing.

We usually can never go wrong with Best Western Plus. This one seems a little older and in need of updates to keep its reputation. Just not as nice as most and the shower head was broken. It was just ok.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property its self was not in the best condition. The three level floor was uneven and there were an infestation of ladybugs in the three level hallway. That infestation of ladybugs was also in one of my group’s room. The front rep switch them to another room but was trying to getting us to understand why the ladybugs were in the hotel (because of the frequent change in the weather?). The room should’ve been assigned to anyone until this ladybugs situation was resolved.

We were there for one night due to my daughter graduation from SNHU, the room that my daughter and mom shared had lady bugs on bed and walls, we had to get to graduation so we dealt with it when we returned, and we told there was an issue with that particular room, so they gave them another room and said couldn’t do anything about inconvenience because we booked through Expedia. No happy at all.

The registration staff seem to hate their job, no personalities and not very friendly. The hotel itself is nice, the breakfast option is always good, as well as the free parking. The rooms are just okay and the beds are also just okay. We had a lady bug issue in our room, but overall it was pretty clean. It was close to SNHU and several food options.

We really enjoyed our stay here for my graduatuin at SNHU. The front desk staff were so kind and answered all of my crazy questions. I highly recommend this hotel for families.
