The room was clean and spacious by NYC standards.
No restaurants or fast food within walking distance. Hotel restaurant only offered a pricey, unappealing buffet. Hotel snack shop very pricey.
JFK shuttle worked well.

The hotel, service, shuttle to airport are a big plus. Staff are very professional. The only thing missing was a restaurant with a better menu.
There is a "market shop" next to the reception that stocks some items. Found those prices atrocious and hardly any food that was nutritious. Basically chips, chocolates, ice creams and that kind. Would help if they stocked some fruits even if it was just apples :-)
We found a Deli just 7 mins walking distance from the hotel, so that worked out. I would certainly stay there again!
