Everything! Probably one of the best stays during my Japan trip! All the staff was very helpful, to clean rooms, good space, and ammenaties! Location was in the best place possible, nearby a 7-11 and Lawson, very quick walking distance, along with super nearby a train station!

The location is wonderful, the hotel is right outside Sengakuji Station.

My friend, who is nearly 70 years old and was unwell, was staying with me at the hotel. When we went to check out, I handed my key card to the front desk. As my friend reached into his wallet to get his key card, he couldn't find it. He told the receptionist that he was unable to locate it and couldn't remember where he had left it. Instead of being understanding, the receptionist responded very rudely, stating that if the key card was lost, a fine of 2,000 yen must be paid. I explained to the receptionist that my friend is an elderly person and feeling sick, which is why he couldn't remember where he put it, and kindly requested if they could waive the fine. Hearing this, the young man at the reception became angry, stepped out from behind the front desk, and blocked our path so we couldn't leave. It was an extremely embarrassing and humiliating situation that I can hardly express in words. Leaving my friend there, I went back up to the room to check thoroughly and found the key card right on top of the table. I brought it down and handed it to the reception. Even after all this, the receptionist showed no remorse whatsoever for his outrageous behavior toward my senior friend. This experience left me deeply hurt and offended. To top it off, the room was extremely small—so cramped that it was even difficult to accommodate two pieces of luggage.
