old property but in pretty good condition. Room aceptable and staff very helpful. I had trouble with internet and then when I was finally on I had to redo password several times a day. They assured me that no one else had trouble but when I was checking out, a man came up with his laptop and said he could not get on.

Great location, great staff , however the property is old and needs to be remodeled . Breakfast menu needs improvement too.

It’s in the heart of the city. Best location - you literally walk out the hotel and have access to it all. The hotel is a bit outdated and that’s why it’s a 4 but no complaints at all. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Second time staying. Best location in downtown Aguascalientes. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and good WiFi. Planning on staying again here every time.

The hotel was a perfect location for us as we were able to get around easily throughout the city. Staff were pleasant and entering the hotel smelled fresh and clean as well as our room. Breakfast included, however, UNBEKNOWST to us, on Saturday and Sundays, they have other items to eat but for an extra charge. What was a upsetting & embarrassing to our family, no one informed us of that extra cost. That Saturday, there were guests going up to get food items, so we followed. As we were exiting the the dining area, we were stopped by the Waiter and were told we had to pay $200 pesos more. I felt offended, embarrassed and disappointed that we were not told of this information when we initially got there. I complained to the person in charge and she said there was nothing they could do because my husband paid in cash. So, if you stay there, BEWARE, Saturday & Sundays is an extra cost if you get other breakfast items.

Excellent location, everything within walking distance, Breakfast was nice, restaurant staff very friendly, housekeeping very friendly and our room was super clean every day. Front desk needs education on how to process check in and check out. I will take that up with Choice Hotel separately:-( The guy at checkout on 9/26. (8:30 AM) has no clue what he was doing…. I will stay there again, but I will Definitely watch credit card transactions….

Several days in Aguascalientes. Hotel is right on the central square. Fairly quite being in the middle of town. Easy walk to El Mercado, shopping, food and sightseeing. Not super fancy and breakfast is fairly basic. Otherwise location is perfect. Walk or taxi is ideal, as very limited parking.

Great stay overall. No problems, no issues. The hotel is perfectly located, couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms are what you’d expect from an above average hotel. I would definitely stay again!

Some thing needs to be upgraded, for example the toilets flush sistem, other than that the instalation is good, perfecty clean, safe area and just one step from downtown, I'll definitely come back

The location is excellent, noisy room there was a lot of outside noise, the free buffet leaves a bit to be desired and the restaurant is not up to the local standards. The shower had a missing tile in the ceiling.
