The breakfast options were not very appealing. More hot food options would be nice-eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. They do offer instant oatmeal and waffles along with plain bagel, & white bread. Cream cheese, butter/margarine and jelly are also available. I expected to find peanut butter also but it wasn’t available.

The only issue I had during my 5 nights at Red Lion was on the last night. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the person/s in the room next to mine. They were completely selfish in that the TV was on until 0130 in the am, they were noisy, banging lord knows what on the floors and walls and talking loudly all the time from late (10pm) until early hours (0130).
Up until that I had no issues even the main highway outside that is busy 24/7 didnt cause any disturbance.
Cleaning staff and front desk could not have been more helpful and pleasent.

The room was clean, the staff polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very average, the price is very good for travel costs these days.

Check in went fine. While checking in I noticed a lady meticulously cleaning the floor, doors, etc. in the lobby but thought nothing else of it. However, upon entering my room I couldn't help notice how clean it was and my thoughts immediately went back to the lady that was cleaning. It was that clean
My only complaint about my overnight stay was that my room didn't have a coffee maker but the continental breakfast, while sparse, made up for it, and besides, there's a McDonald's within walking distance if you'd prefer to eat there instead
Overnight was quiet and it was a very relaxing sleep for me
Not sure if I got lucky but wow, I'll take it
