Walls are way too thin

Had a great time with my family close to downtown and tidy. Comfortable bed

The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area. It also had a convenient parking lot. We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.

I had given 5 stars for this hotel in the past but this time my experience was very bad 👎 from the start when i checked in ,had requested for early check while booking the room online, upon arrival was advised by the front desk agent named sherly a very rude agent never saw at this hotel usually all the staff here is very friendly and professional sherly told us room was not available and gave us the time to come back so we came back and she gave us room on main floor which we requested to change for upper floor room she told us hotel is fully sold out then we ask to speak to manager and she got panic and gave us a room on 3 floor in like a minute then we asked for breakfast options she told us that because you booked online and not with them u dont get breakfast options then upon entering the room we found out she gave us a room with no view at all ,we always check in to this hotel everytime we visit banff great location ,centre of town very convenient parking, we will definitely come back hopefully we don't encounter unprofessional, unwelcoming, very rude front desk agent shirley

Great location in the heart of Banff, affordable price. Only have a minor complaint and it’s the tv. Really needs to be updated with a smart tv, we’re in the 21st century. It would be nice to come back to the room after a long day of exploring or skiing or even going out for a few drinks and getting back to the room where you can watch decent shows or movies. Even if that means logging in to your personal Netflix account. The fact that there’s the same 2 movies and highlights of old sports games is mind blowing. But maybe that’s the policy so people are out and spending money, but not everyone wants to go out and drink all night nor have the privilege to do so. Another minor inconvenience was the hotel restaurant was closed the two nights we were there due to some maintenance, what are the chances right.? But regardless there were lots of places to choose from close by. Still a very nice place to stay at whether it’s a couple, family, or a few friends.

Room was alright, it got quite hot as the ac was locked out. Also near the elevator which was noisy all night.

Staff make you feel at home

We had 25 degrees in the room all night, and were not able to get the temperature down. The next day I confronted the front desk, who could tell that their air conditioning was off at this time of year. We had 2 terrible nights, without much sleep
