we booked two rooms for 1 night with a major credit card. they still made me put up a $100 deposit on top of having my card and info. Lobby was closed so no breakfast even though you could see it all set up inside. Made me conduct business through a portal window. Maids were sweet and helpful, but I won't visit them again.

The fact they had smoking rooms led us to this place. The rooms were adequate and vehicle traffic was noisy. Overall it was adequate and the room rates were cheap.

Our king bed was HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE! Slept like crap in that thing. Other than that the room is what to be expected for the price.

Extremely clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and they actually have smoking rooms and I didn't have to stand in the heat. Pool was refreshing.

The rooms where very dirty, the chairs had many stains. We saw some cockroaches and other bugs. The cleaning needs to be better overall.

This is an old hotel with some updates. Had a small problem with flies. Didn’t like standing outside to check in. Lobby was always closed. I guess you get what you pay for.

The woman at the front desk was crabby when I checked in, but it WAS almost midnight, and I'm pretty sure i woke her up when I got there. The king size bed was clean and super comfortable. The toilet was messed up however. Every time I flushed it, I had to remove the back cover and reseat the plunger so the tank didn't try to fill nonstop. The shower had crap water pressure and was seemingly built for midgets. I'm a 6 foot tall guy, but I have long hair so had to wash my hair facing forward. It was awkward. I could let go of these little issues though, as you get what you pay for, and at $67 a night, the rate was great. What did me in was the roaches. There were roaches outside my room, on the entrance way ceiling just above my head, and I had to fish one out of the bathtub before I could shower. I didn't see any live ones INSIDE my room, but it was still gross. If I hadn't prepaid and been several hundred miles past exhausted, I'd have gone elsewhere.

Rude people! There was no hot water for showers! The chain lock was broke! Light came in all around the door! Not a good place to stay! It was clean though.

The staff was rude and the room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and sheets, towels and shower curtain had stains and holes in them. Would not recommend!

This place was nasty! Pulled the covers back on the bed and they were covered in dirt. Obviously they were not washed or even checked. Soooo gross!

Definitely a budget room. Was clean Service very poor. I went to check out and rang the bell numerous times without any response. Then called their number numerous times before someone finally came to the window. She looked as if I had woke her up all discheveled. She brushed me off when I inquired about getting my deposit back, telling me would be in my account. By 11am. It was not. I had to call back and explain my dilemma and finally got my deposit back. They did not have an issue with charging my card for the room before we even checked in. The only good thing about the stay was the room was clean. Most likely won’t stay here again

I did not get to stay that night, the manger needed my sister and her id. she was not with me. i drove 121/2 hours to olk. to pick up a puppy.I thought I would get a good night sleep and he refused me . so I tried to sleep in my car that night, I what a refund, he would not let me have the room. I paid with my sister Maryjo card. and my name is on the bank account. but he wouldnt listen. I even said we could convorm with Maryjo.

Missing light bulbs, faucet was not attached to the sink at all, coffee pot was dirty and no coffee left after housekeeping. A/C working but not a dehumidifier. Police called to altercation at 2 am next door...on and on.

Room smelled of body odor/urine every time you came from outside into it. AC did nothing to clear the air. You get what you pay for.

When I checked in they was very rude. The bed covers had cigarette burn holes in it. The lamp shade was broken. The smell of the room was horrible! We didn’t have enough towels for the stay and had to go ask. Our TV didn’t work and when we went and asked - unplug and plug it back up. The shower did not drain. The toilet would run constantly. The floors was not clean. Very outdated. Check out- Rude, Rude, and Rude!! We will not stay here again!

Horrible! Our room had a gap between the door and door facing large enough to fit my hand through vertically. We did not stay here, unfortunately, we forfeited our money. It was a sold out concert we were staying for and we happened to luck upon a room across the street the day of the concert due to a cancellation. We would have slept in our vehicle before stepping foot back in this nasty and unsafe place. They have plastered “no refunds” everywhere and that should have been my first clue. There was a dark reddish subsistence dripping down the bathroom door. Toilet was filthy along with all of the walls. We couldn’t escape quick enough.

The Amman that owns this hotel property was extremely rude. I slept there 1 night and got bit multiple times by something all through the night. I woke up to bumps all over my neck, shoulder, and back. When I told him about it he proceeded to argue by saying “the mattresses are new” and I get that but that doesn’t change the fact that I still have bites all over me. So I took the liberty of flipping the mattresses myself and found dead bugs, dirt, and trash. The drain to the shower also barely drained and the air conditioning unit was very dirty and it smelled musty when it ran. I will not be going back.

Gave me a room that was not ready when we arrived at 12:30 at night. There was a do not disturb tag hanging on door. Bed was not made and TV was on. Then we had to wait on a different room to be cleaned. Terrible ace to stay

Our sheets were apparently not clean …. Had clumps of hair on them. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet instead just a flat sheet on top of mattress cover. One blanket had many burn holes from Cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The smell when we walked in was horrible. The only thing that was clean was bathroom. Several things had broken pieces such as night stand or latched lock on door .

The front door was so old and rotted down at the bottom there was a good inch gap. No roller for the toliet paper holder. The blow drier in the room did not work. The person checking me in was very rude when they had problems finding my reservations. I will never stay there again.

The lady took forever to answer the buzzer at 7pm at night. Then the guy came out and said what do you want? Finally got in our room, and it was horribly kept. Bathroom door was rotted and rusted. There was spackeling all over the wall where the shower curtain goes, at both ends. Looked like feces had been spread on the bathroom wall. Pillows on the bed were tiny, not even an actual bed pillow on a king size bed. Heat/air unit was horribly loud, sounded like a diesel starting up. I get it was a low cost hotel, but that was awful. Won’t be staying there again.
