It's a nice place to stay, but the barking dogs were a little annoying. Also, I could smell animals in the hallway. I should have asked for the pet free floor, if available.

The whole hotel smelled like weed. By the end of the night I had a headache and was nauseated from the smell. Everything was old and nothing updated. The corners had dirt in them that didnt look like they had been swept in week's. The bathtub in my room was stained black because it was so old. Paint was chipped off the walls and the window sills. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was very neat and clean. Your employees were absolutely excellent!!! They answered our questions about getting around town as this was our first trip to Cleveland Would stay again.

I had a terrible experience staying at the Extended Stay North in Beachwood, Ohio. There was a strong and unpleasant smell in both the hallways and my room. The room itself was not cleaned, as it still had hair on the pillowcases and in the shower. There was some missing furniture from the room, including a bedside table, and other pieces of furniture were damaged. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe staying here. There are many hotels in the same area and I would highly recommend staying in one of those supposed to the Extended Stay North.

When I got off the only working elevator on the third floor I walked into a construction zone. The hallway had an oily smell like a machine shop. If all the local hotels weren’t booked because of the solar eclipse, I would have left and found a different hotel. I cut my visit short by a day and checked out early. Unless you want to stay at an active construction site, I would find another option.

The accommodations was not clean. The fridge had left over food and drinks from previous guest. The bath tub is old scuffed and stained.

There were no lights in the sleeping area of the room, no utensils for the kitchenette area, the tv remote batteries were DEAD, and there was NO BLANKET on the bed.

I do not recommend this place at all. The only good thing about this place is its location, close to the hospital where we needed to be.

Was surprised how low lit the hallways were. The elevators was out of service. One curtain in my room was ripped in two pieces down the center which made getting it to stay shut a challenge.
Was surprised that they take a picture of my drivers license and for the long list of agreements you had to sign for.

Elevator was down 3 days of are stay, had 2 handicap people, had to leave a day early because I couldn’t get a wheelchair to the 3rd floor. Staff was great, they need more help to be able to do there jobs properly.

Where do I start? When you walk in the door you are hit with a strong odor. Which, worsens after you reach your floor. The rooms were not very clean and I did not want to use the refrigerator because it smelled. The beds were ok but not firm enough for my back. We requested a room closer to the elevator since I was on crutches and they placed us in the back hallway, which was probably one of the furthest rooms from the elevator. Even the gentleman cleaning the rooms was like "wait why would they put you so far away. " He then went to try to get us a closer room but there was none. They told us to try back the next day. However, there was still none the next day. My second night, the occupants in a the room above us was jumping, bumping, and running around at 2 and 3 in the morning and I had to call the front desk to have them check on them because i thought someone was being thrown around. The next day they said they were going to move us to another room and when I called around 9 they said it would be ready around 12. 12 o'clock came and went so I called and did not get an answer at the the front desk. I tried a half hour later and still no answer. I called there 800 number and I was transferred back to the empty front desk. My Mom went downstairs and found someone who had an attitude. At that time we requested a cancelation and changed hotels, this was around 230pm. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The room was not clean, the floor unswept found the previous occupants trash under the bed and floor. A bottle of wet cigarette butts in the bathroom under the sink. We did not stay overnight.

It's not well kept at all. The atmosphere is more like an apartment building than a hotel/motel. Unclean!! lots of trash and debri in the room and under the bed(chip bags, juice containers, tissue crumbs,stains running down base of the toiliet. You can see filth upon entry. I understand people live there so maybe they should consider using it just for that and not rent rooms. The only reason I stayed the 1 night is because i caught a lyft with my family and had booked online. Our power was out, I thought because it was beachwood I had nothing to worry about. I had instacart deliver cleaning supplies so i could clean up some of the things myself.

I didn't hate it but there are some things they could've done better, like not having towels in the room, or that there was no bedding for the pull out. Front desk must have not had a good day because she was a little snappy maybe cranky I don't know. 😎

I didn’t expect luxury but certainly a bit more than it was. Beyond dated. Didn’t feel clean. Room smelled of stale smoke as if they have been trying to remedy it for the last several years. Wasn’t pleasant. There was no soap in the bathroom. No Kleenex either. Bed was adequate enough for the night. I only stayed as I had no power/heat at home due to the weather. I would not recommend. I did not complain as I had a terrible day and no longer had the capacity to deal with anything or people.

I checked in my room I got switched to another room without notice then once I got another room I walked into that room and it had guest in it when I finally got my room it was a complete downgrade from the room I originally booked!

Customer service at check in was extremely rude. No toilet paper in a “clean” room that had burnt food on counters, and 1 towel for a 2 person booked room. Check in was late, but had all day very disappointing. Will NEVER use extended stay again. I was only there 1 night, 11pm- 11am. Oh, states breakfast, but no creamer available for coffee and muffins. Again, very disappointing!

Location is great as I am a travel nurse with temp assignment at Ahuja Hospital. Close to eateries, Starbuck's and hospital - all 5 to 10 min away. Staff hellpful and pleasent. Room is clean and comfortable.

The dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Clumps of hair in the bed and around the room, and too many roaches to count. Had to leave in the middle of the night and find a new hotel.

The carpets in the passageways is very dirty and my floor in the room was very sticky and dirty.

The staff member who checked us in was horrible. Her attitude and the way she talked to us was very rude. Especially because we came to her with kindness and never once spoke to her wrong. She slammed my ID back down and pushed it toward me and then when I called for cups she hung up on me Immediately after telling us to come down and get them.

Staff were very helpful. Carpets were abominable and bath fixtures were very old and patched but everything worked.

The room appeared to be dated, fridge dirty, nightstand dirty and no dishes, glasses, plates or silverware however, there was a mini stove !!!!ummmm
