Was fine for a quick overnight stay on the way home. The continental breakfast wasn't impressive at all (frozen waffles, cereal). Was fine for the price.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We were very thankful that we were able to bring our dogs with us. Breakfast was meh, but there are several chain restaurants nearby.

You get what you pay for I guess. $100 a night cheaper than others but all others were booked up in the area. Mold around the showers. Room musty smelling. Whole second floor smelled of strong mariguana the whole evening and night and next morning.

My go-to place to stay for trips to the Nashville area. I have stayed here a number of times over the past 6-7 years and it is always great. Rooms are clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, close to fast food and other restaurants and Walmart.

Bed covers/sheets stained, mold in the shower, previous guest used washcloth still hanging in shower, floors sticky and turn socks black, over sprayed air freshener in lobby, exit lights plugged in with cord in the ceiling and no elevator for second floor. Breakfast was frozen waffles, loaf of bread and cereal. Owners of hotel were unfriendly and did not respond when we said good morning to them.

The beds were amazing! Check in was good. They allow pets and dogs barking woke us up very early in the morning. The breakfast....ridiculous. Nothing hot or even hard boiled eggs.

Bed and bedding were very good; and room size & condition were excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had literally nothing of interest (extremely limited) and coffee was sub-par, but for the price I will give it two thumbs up.

The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean. One thing they should improve on is their breakfast that’s probably one of the worst set ups I’ve ever seen at a hotel.

There was nothing done to the parking lot or the entrance exit area when the winter storm hit, which made it dangerous for cars coming in and out, cars parked and people walking. We expected more for breakfast, all they had was frozen waffles, slices of bread and some cereal.

Typical of a property run by Indians. Not the cleanest, Very poor breakfast was offered. Road access to the property at times was difficult to get to due to very heavy traffic.

Great stay, place was quiet and front desk staff was very nice. They originally put me in a room which accidentally didn't get cleaned but they switched me asap. Great deal for the price.

Clean. Allowed both my pups without an extra fee. Heard other pups in rooms but we didn’t care. Clean and convenient to the hospital where my mom was at for Christmas. Lady at front desk was very nice. I didn’t eat the breakfast because it was too early in the morning. Looks like the hotel was updated too.

This place is noisy. I heard other guests at breakfast saying their spot was loud too. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. No other complaints. Decent room just a weird layout. Comfy bed.

Hard to find as sign was dimmed and lots of traffic. Building and room had musky/sweet perfumed odor throughout. Bathtub had no drain stop. We were offered another room, however we stayed put. Fifty dollar security deposit! Would stay elsewhere in future.

Overall pretty clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Very pet friendly but didn’t hear other dogs much. My two things for improvement would be to replace the thin, scratchy bath towels and to replace the toilet seat which shifted every time you sat down. We were one of the first people to come down for the breakfast and the coffee was terrible. Tasted like it had sat there for hours even though it had just opened.

I upgraded through Expedia to a king bed and didn’t get a king bed. I was also told on the website, that they had cribs available and they had none. Checking in, I was told that the complimentary breakfast went until 10am. The next morning at 9:45 everything was already put away. Floors under bed were absolutely disgusting. Had to ask for a broom and dust pan to clean.

Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean though you can tell it's a fairly "old" hotel. Price was a bit high for comparable hotel-chains. Shower pressure was very weak.

Even though this is a non smoking property, there is a smoking area outside one of the wings and the hallway reeks of smoke every time that door is opened. Fortunately, though, the smell did not drift into the room.

We noticed a very strong fake vanilla scent when checking in but didn’t think much of it. We got to our rooms and relaxed for about 30 mins before we could not stand it anymore. I became nauseous, it was hard to breathe and we both also started getting headaches. We called the front desk to ask what it was. They pump scent into the hallway and can turn it off, which was supposed to help. We asked to simply get our money back and were denied. We left for a drive to get some air and in hopes that it would get better- not the case in the least. The staff that came up to our room were rude and arguing with my husband over it. We just decided to cut our losses and left. We are not sensitive to smells at all but this was so overwhelming that it affected us within 30 mins of being in our room. Beware of you stay!
