Super friendly staff - comfortable room conveniently located with free airport shuttle. Nice Mountain View’s all around. Got a nice recommendation to the Chalet Market just down the street from reception where I picked up some amazing elk summer sausage and buffalo huckleberry salami.

I booked this hotel in hopes of getting some sleep before an early morning flight, instead of getting up and making the almost 2 hour drive in the morning. Thanks in large part to the room being freezing all night, I didn’t sleep a wink. I would have been better off just getting a few hours of sleep at home and making the drive in the morning.

Funky smell. Mold growing in the shower. It’s just an old hotel. Should be bulldozed and a new one built. Staff was friendly.

We had a dog above us at barked all night. We are many times stairs, someone who works at Knight needs to be checking that that doesn’t happen.

We flew in at midnight and called to have the airport shuttle to come and pick us up. They arrived very quickly in a comfy van. Check-in was fast. Overall the room was good; no weird smells. The pillows were a little rough but that was really the only negative. Breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of hot and cold food options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was such a convenient location to the airport, especially with a late night flight arrival. Staff was friendly. The room that I was in was LOUD all night long due to a constantly running bathroom fan that could not be shut off. Staff offered another room, but since all rooms have a bathroom fan, I didn’t think it would be any quieter, so I elected to stay put. Breakfast was standard as expected, but I love it when breakfast is included in the stay.

Beds were terrible, room was just OK for cleanliness. My husband found gum on the headboard. The front door didn't have an automatic door opener so bringing in loads of luggage was very difficult, especially with kids.

I was only there for about 6 hours. Had an early flight so I missed out on a lot of the amenities. But having the shuttle to the airport at 4am was a blessing. Room and furniture was nice. Door to toilet and shower was a little cumbersome as it is a very small space.

My rsvp was accidentally entered as Oct 10th, as I forgot to enter the actual date. I called The Quality Inn and told Cammie my mistake. She said no worries and put me down for the 11th. I left Denver on the11th but had to stay in Sheridan, WY due to weather. I called the Inn, got Cammie again, I told her I still wanted the room to rest, if I could bump it one more night. Again, no problem. Cammie was working when I finally checked in today. She is awesome, as is my room The wifi works well. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Looking forward to breakfast.

This place could use a little freshen up. The bathroom door was situated so you had to close it before you get to the toilet, and all together on arrangement.

Positive: good breakfast, very nice staff, western aesthetic in lobby. Needs improvement: beds hurt our backs, small bathroom, had to call several times for shuttle.

The property was very clean!! The front desk very friendly!! Breakfast was good. The room was small and lay-out was a little different. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was completely booked and yet there was little noise from outside the room. The fan on the air conditioner was noisy as well as the refrigerator. Overall, the stay was quite good.

The man at the check-in counter (Robert) was fabulous. He was so kind and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure that we were being taken care of. I can’t say enough great things about him and the hotel.

Room was comftable and the desk personals were very nice. The only thing was the room wasn’t made up and towels needed to be change and no soap for the next day.. the trash can needed to be empty out..there was no cleaning of the room.
