Cons:
-housekeeping service: front desk and housekeeping didn’t communicate w/ each other. Or, staff simply didn’t want to “refresh” our rooms during a five night stay.
- A/C, it was 90* out & the AC in the room was not consistent. There was no option to keep it “on” vs auto.
- parking: $5 a day
Pros:
- location, was great for us since we were there for the naval academy
- manager & some staff, I wish I got the name of the manager. Lady with an accent like Selma Hayek had great customer service. The Hispanic lady at breakfast and Filipina lady who just started working there. She said she was just trying to help housekeeping on her second day and she assisted us with getting new towels and vacuumed our room.
- room amenities, perfect for our small family of four (2 toddlers). Full kitchen!
Would we go back here? Yes, if the AC gets fixed and housekeeping service is clear on their rules of services.
