Hotel was noticeably dirty as soon as you walked into lobby. Once getting into room we found TWO German cockroaches and after checking beds we discovered bed bugs. Immediately left and demanded full refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

There were stains on the carpeting. Tgere were stains on the pillos of the vouch and chair. The bsthroom doir did not a hook, just anail and several holes. It was as if cleaning crew did the basics, but didnt actually ckean. Baseboard area not ckean. Etc

First off, room was blazing hot upon entry, took a while for it to cool down. Secondly, room has not been cleaned properly before my check in. Bathroom was disgusting; Hair on in the tub and floor needed to be mopped/swept. I was honestly afraid to touch anything. I just did not feel comfortable there.

They were replacing the roof. If I had been aware, I would not have booked. I have stayed there years before and the service, cleanliness and comfort was over the average. The personnel was also much more friendly as well as professional.

The head manager was rude when we showed up for early check-in. Immediately dismissed us and said “no early check-in and no rooms available”. When I told him I had called to request early check in for a reservation I had he then stopped to look my reservation up. He saw that I was correct and gave me a key. Never apologized for being rude. When we walked in at first we noticed the room wasn’t as nice as it looked in the pictures but we didn’t pay much attention as we were rushing to get ready for a wedding and didn’t come back until past midnight. When we started to look around we noticed the carpet was very very dirty, huge water mark on the floor by the sink, couches were dirty, bathroom had stains on the walls and a tile was loose. The TV in the living room area had a dent on top. The TV in the main area never worked because it never connected to the Wi-Fi. There was a hole in the wall behind that living room TV I took a picture of. A pillow case had a dark stain. Our room never got cleaned. Lastly, the front desk was telling us it was time to check out a day before. I told them I had a reservation for 3 nights and they said it didn’t show in their system. They said they would check and get back to me but never did. I had to go up to the front desk to ask and they said “oh yes we forgot about that”. My reservation on the app, the receipt, and my confirmation email weren’t enough so they had me call hotels.com to confirm my stay and then finally they updated my reservation.

Hotel was dirty and smelled like weed throughout, there seemed to be parties going on, on each floor. Wasn’t very appealing or family friendly. We left and booked another room somewhere else.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. Not a horrible stay, but some things were in a state of disrepair. Broken and stained tile in bathroom, light switches loose and badly instslled upside down, trash left on floor (was not vacuumed), weird AC that didn't seem to do anything but make noise, windows that let all sounds through (seemed open even when closed). At one point we had no water due to repairs on floor above. Breakfast bar was lackluster.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was welcoming, breakfast wasn’t worth $10 and then we noticed a random guy come eat and leave not a guest … but the size of the king suite was great, and we’ve got no complaints.

Towels, curtains, bathtub, sinks, toilets and carpet had a lot of stains. It desperately needs a remodel. It was generally dirty also. There was gum in the AC unit, some gunk on the alarm clock, hair in the tub, and crumbs on the floors. Beds were the only think that were ok, but hideaway bed was poor. Found some bugs and mold. Smelled bad.
Breakfast milk tasted sour on both days, bananas were half-brown.

The pictures on this hotel are 100% misleading. The state of the hotel is awful, it is obvious that the owners/management due the bare minimum. It smells bad, there were roaches, the were stains on everything carpet, couch, tables, bedding, curtains, everything you could see had stains. One night they had an ambulance outside with an individual in full hazmat and the police asked us not to use the elevator as they had an incident in the room nearest the elevator. It was the worst lodging experience I've ever experienced. If I could give this negative stars I would!

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I did have food that I munched on. Check in and check out was a breeze the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Checked in and the first room smelled like cigarette smokes and was supposed to be a smoke free room. There was pet hair on the couch, white powder on the dresser and someones body spray in the room. So we requested a 2nd room. Upon entering there appeared to be a used condom on the floor.

I’m in the Austin area frequently on business and it’s been difficult to find a decent hotel at the rate that my agency allows but I’ve now found one here. Now, this is where I’ll be staying in the future.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The facilities were a bit run down and the cleanliness was not on the great side. I have stayed at worse places, but I would not go back there.

Bugs everywhere, not clean, trash in the corners of the room. Couches and beds have stains all over the cushions and sheets.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, but the pictures are definitely nicer than the actual property. Older and not as well-kept as I would have preferred. Affordable stay but not a room I wanted to spend a lot of time in.

It's a real suite, so it has a separate room with TV, faucet, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, etc.; it was not quite useful for me, but it is a big plus in terms of space and usability.
On the minus side, my room was close to the freeway, so it's quite noisy.
I'm satisfied with my stay, especially since it was a F1 weekend and still was affordable.

Hotel was nice and comfy! the front desk agent was exceptional! Exceeded all my expectations and more I think his name was willie I could have misheard but he was a top agent would recommend to a friend !

I checked in to the hotel without any problems. The night clerk guy checked me in and even took my card for the incidentals charges and gave me my key cards without any problems. I than went to the gas station by the hotel to get some stuff and when I came back, I asked the night desk clerk for the WIFI password and instead he told me that my reservation had been canceled. He proceeded to argue with me about it and tell me that I made my reservation through a different company than what I really did and canceled out our key cards. When I told him that I had all my reservation confirmation emails and stuff on the app through the third party company I went through, he asked who it was because he had never heard of Orbitz and kept insisting I made my reservation with Expedia. So I made him call Expedia while I called Orbitz. Than once the person I was on the phone with said my reservation was not canceled and never was, he was told the same thing by whoever he was speaking to. He was rude and unprofessional. Than when I went back down to give him the other key card for the canceled cards, he was arguing with another person who was checking in. The night check in clerk guy was rude and unprofessional. But it was a nice place and stay. But I did check my bank account for any extra fees or payment for the hotel stay.

Our initial room was dirty hadn’t been cleaned and smelly with cockroaches, mold and mildew. Asked to be moved to another but was still infested with cockroaches and mold nasty smell, spider webs. There was paint falling off the walls, bathroom tile on floor broken and falling apart.

We had such a lovely stay. Staff members we're courteous, professional, down to earth. They helped make outmr stay comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. Hotel was clean fresh scent smell. Room was big and spacious, cool not hot or too warm. All appliances worked. Tvs worked. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed not so bad either. Breakfest had good hearty options. Enough parking spaces. Friendly. Affordable rates. Thank you Country Inn & suites by Radission!

Didn’t like that they were some small cockroaches that I found and also a chair was in bad condition.

I made a three day reservation and end up staying one night only because the hotel looked great from the outside but once you got inside, smelled bad, so humid like the air wasn’t working, elevator dirty and smell bad, our room was “clean” but carpet stained, sheets smelled used, not enough towels and yellowish, mold in the shower. Not staying here again.
