Very friendly and professional staff, especially at check-in. Morning breakfast was a bonus. Comfortable room. Bed could stand a bit of an improvement. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

10 out of 10! Great Stay! Our room was clean, service was wonderful, staff were kind and they have a full breakfast variety that taste delicious! Close to the beach, food and trails. Pool was clean and ready for our kids.

There were many water leaks in the corridors and the water permeated to the rooms; and there are renovation works (much neaded) with noise starting at 7:00 am

Very nice and friendly.Definitely liked that they allow pets.However, the sofa bed is terrible.It'd be nice if it was a little thicker.Or at least fit inside the Springs.It was definitely way too small.For the springs otherwise loved it really appreciate that you tidy up the room's a little everyday like most people don't do

They charge 12 dollars for parking which sucks but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay! Clean room, good free breakfast and a comfy bed.

This is a VERY no frills hotel! Everything very basic. The first room I was sent to reeked of cigarette smoke. They changed me over but then I had trouble getting on the Internet. The breakfast room was packed with screaming kids from some kind of sports team, and the vending machine downstairs didn’t work properly.

As usual with the Hampton Inn, it did not disappoint. We travel a lot and whenever available the Hampton Inn is an our sure bet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ready to fuel us for a day hiking. Thank you

I was shocked after I checked out to learn I had been charged a 75 dollar pet cleaning fee plus 12 dollars a night parking fee. These fees should be disclosed when making reservations not after you check out

I really love to stays in Hampton but in this occasion I found bathtub in bad conditions was really visible the damages. I don’t want to believes if it was mold or dirtiest. Anyways it won’t affect my decision to stay in Hampton in future. I feel comfortable and secure. Great customer service so friendly and professional. Thank you again for providing excellent service with friendly customer care.

Love the staff who work at this hotel, they are friendly and helpful and work hard to serve the guests. But do not love the way the property is managed. Most of my dissatisfaction is with the property condition. Called and staff helped, some items resolved, but not all. Many malfunction, include but not limited to these. Mains ones: 1) toilet not flashing properly for the entire duration. I must have flashed the toilet 30-40 times. When I returned home, I have lingering PTSD for about a week every time I flash a toilet. 2) mini fridge not set up to be cold. Could be just disconnected to power. Not sure if it only need plug in, problem resolved 3) 5 mile radius hotel shuttle is only available office hours and need 2 hr notice. I was under the impression that it was 24x7 all days, but was told not. It was the reason i choose this hotel, in exchange, I gave up the choice of a hot tub, my choice. 4) the last day of my stay, the waffle maker at breakfast does not cook the waffle on the inside. The waffle batter comes out not right, like water and batter. Staff didn’t do anything about it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms felt crowded, the linens had stains. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows barely had any stuffing in them. Our neck and back were sore for the first two days.

Overall it is very good hotel! The breakfast is good. This hotel is not in city but they charge $12 for parking which is unusual.

With rooms available Hampton wanted to charge $75 to check in early and made us wait in the lobby for an hour. This after driving six hours just added insult to our choice of a hotel. Mind you, we already were paying around $250 a night. This hotel policy is disgraceful and a slap in the face to customers. Needless to say we will spread the word about Hampton Inn and never stay with them again. My advice choose Best Western Plus, they would never do this to their customers.

Close to the 5 and 56 Freeways. 5-10 min drive to the beach. Breakfast was abundant and the staff were incredibly attentive. I would stay here again.
