Pool, restaurant (and restaurant staff!), comfortable beds and room. Location to freeway is practical for travelers and it’s a short drive to the highlands and one paseo for those who want proximity to restaurants !
Our room changed after one day due to a clog. This was fine as we preferred a better room but then the second room also had a clogged sink and they didn’t send anyone up, and our phone also wasn’t working. Some staff was friendly some was less accommodating, could never reach anyone by phone so had to always go ask for everything in person INCLUDING housekeeping which was supposed to be daily. We refused once, and only got it once because we asked and the last day no one came. Amenities are super old / some dirty looking so needs to be modernized. We left an item in our room and did not get it back because they don’t have a clear list and found system and didn’t communicate to each other when we asked them to check for us what was lost.

Location
Hotel rooms are outdated and the mattresses are uncomfortable. Although they claim to be pet friendly, it really isn’t the case as dogs are not allowed anywhere inside the facility, other than the lobby and the room.
