The staff is fantastic, but whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. It is apparent that they have not given the staff the resources to be successful to provide guest with a comfortable stay.

It was a clean room. The view was of the roof. The grab and go breakfast was not great. Nothing but oatmeal and crunchy granola bars. The coffee pot was empty and we had to wait. There were no coffee cups and no cream.

When I checked in, I was verified the room number with the front desk to make sure it was correct. There was someone in my room. They had given me someone else’s room. The fact that it just happened shows how bad their security is. The elevator sounded like I was about to break. The only exterior door you can use is the front door. Every other door has a place to scan your room key, but the scanners do not work. There is no security. The front desk does not screen people who walk in, and anyone can just walk up to the rooms. Cigarette smoke came through my bathroom fan every day. My room was not clean. There was blood on the wall, toenail clipping on the bed, and two dirty towels. The neighbors played music at all hours of the night. I walked past the room service cart one day and it reeked of marijuana. You get what you pay for. This place was $40/night less than the other hotels nearby.

My view is that I called before I came on my trip I spoke to a great gentleman around 7:00pm 12/09/23 and he was trying to help me book my hotel so couldn’t he told me I can come here and pay in person so when I get here 12/10/23 3:10am the person working the female receptionist was very rude has no type of customer service manners I think she needs to be better trained and only was she rude to me she was also rude to my daughters about a vending machine so I wouldn’t never book with this place again being that I travelled 8hours with my 1yr old grandson ,gf,and two step daughters and was treated the way I was by that one receptionist she was rude and disgusting I could never work in a place I don’t like to treat people like exspecially from coming out of town or anyone don’t like your job find a better one but other than that room was beautiful I loved the room and very quiet

it just seemed outdated - the cleanliness was a little questionable as well. We found little black curly hairs on several towels in the bathroom after we checked in. And the hallways and lobby reeked of cigarette.

Starting with the elevator which was filthy and had burn marks on the floor. Now the room had a nasty smell, the refrigerator looks like it was picked up by the side of the road. Dingy towels thay shoukd have been white were grey.and the green paint on the walls is headache inducing.

When I got there no rooms were available because they were dirty! The girl at the front desk was so helpful by checking the rooms. She had to do a complimentary room change only for those rooms to be dirty too!! There were roaches all in the room!!!…..I frequently stay here for business trips and never had an issue until this stay.

It was dirty! The windows in my room were wide opened. I’m guessing to air our the cigarette and marijuana smell. There were items left in my room from the previous guest. I wasn’t able to use the hotel phone to call the desk because it was broken. When I went downstairs, and asked the front desk clerk if I could move rooms, she told me no bc I would be charged twice. Now I know that’s not true bc I’ve done it before at other locations! The other guests were very loud and noisy all night. During the middle of the night, I heard people knocking on a door a few down from me. I overheard the gentleman in the hallway talking to the guests in the room about the front desk clerk. They said she was missing, and no one could find her. After talking for a few minutes, they walked away. It was very strange to me! I definitely didn’t feel safe or clean at this hotel.
I will not be back!!! Ever! I travel alot, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

Stay was good overall. Had a small problem with tv and heater on one evening, but resetting them seemed to fix that. Reported it to desk. Everything else worked good. Friendly and polite employees. Room just a bit overpriced as room shows fair amount of wear.

I was very disappointed with the type of clientele that was at the hotel. It seemed to be somewhat of a homeless shelter vibe. People were walking around in pajamas, hanging out front smoking as smoke entered the lobby. you could smell the marijuana in the building. It was loud with doors slamming, screaming in the hall and door banging. I feel that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what I got. I was charged for making 2 local phone calls. I had to request pots and pans to cook. Why are they not in the rooms. that goes to show the type of people that is staying there. I dont want to sound upity but I used to stay here regulalary years ago when it was NICE.

This property is filthy and we couldn't find anyone at the desk to discuss the situation with upon leaving after seeing the room. - smells of smoke, dirty, bugs on the floor, very stained carpeting. We checked into the Hampton Inn next door.

Stayed 2 nights. It was fine for our stay. Had appointments at Cleveland Clinic so we mainly needed a place to lay our heads.

Was not a bad stay! Staff was super friendly and was surprised thatbut had a full size fridge, microwave and a stove top! Only thing that it didn't have was a hair dryer so had to go buy one.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk workers were the only nice thing about they stay. They’re clearly overworked and much more and better staff is desperately needed. The hotel was not clean at all. That’s the worse thing about this hotel. We could see how dirty it was from the time we walked in but we were hopeful and it consistently got worse as we got in the hotel and to our room. I had to leave the hotel the night I checked in and stop at a gas station to buy cleaning supplies because the bathroom, floors and countertops were so nasty. The hotel also does not seem safe at all. There’s so much noise, chaos and smoking and drinking that goes unchecked. Security should absolutely be hired and on every floor.
One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because of the free breakfast. There was no breakfast. There’s a tiny table stand that offers granola bars, coffee and tea. The place is so dirty I was too nervous to drink it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially not families. I wish I had more time to pick which hotel we went to but it was a last minute stay and now I know better. I don’t pan on every visiting any extended stay hotels in Ohio again. Trust me. It’s not worth the money. It should be a motel for $50 a night.

Could not stay due to the smoke in all areas of the building..unsafe parking lot. Bed looked like it may have been slept on. Paper stuck in the entry door. Please contact me.

The floors and bathroom completely not clean. The floors were dirty and sticky. The room was filled with cigarette smoke and overnight I could smell marijuana coming into the room. The windows were bolted closed so I could not get fresh air.

This was one of the worst hotels I've EVER stayed at. The entrance was not inviting at all...cigarette butts on the ground, broken tile in the foyer, & an overall feeling of being in an area that was frequented by people that didn't care about their surroundings.

I traveled all the way from Ohio to be disappointed it’s my son birthday he turned 5 we got her to check in first I was booked for the wrong room but I settled for the room they gave me and when I got there it was a mess like somebody have been sleeping on the beds it’s trash every where it was just a disgrace and we couldn’t even get settled in so it took time from us playing at the park we had go back tell them about it we was only able to play at the park for 3 hours there wasn’t any towels in the new room they gave us and we had to call for towels they had us watch 2 hours I thought it was a smoke free facility I smell marijuana and cigarettes all in the hallways also a life guard grabbed my son by his arms and he said it was hard to the point he was crying I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed I came to enjoy my self with my children and have a good time we got stuck out our room we had to wait 40 mins for them to come to let us in I understand this is a busy place but communication in the key when I called about us getting in our room I had to call serval time first it was a lady she hung up on me but then a man answered he was polite
