Parking is off site at the public parking down the road. Beautifully finished lobby and restaurant. Small room at the front of the hotel overlooking the interior of the roof of the building. Room is too cluttered and needs to have smaller or less furniture. Mirror on bathroom door reflects back onto the bed (not good Feng Shui) plus mirror at the desk beside the bed is obscured by the TV on the desk. Main light switch is behind the built in closet. The room would look larger and less cluttered if one would replace the writing desk with a smaller/slimmer desk and chair, attach the TV to the wall and take the mirror away. Put the tall mirror on the closet so it slides left and right.

Noisy restaurant. Ok Food for diner but too expensive for the value. The cooked breakfast almost cold.

Parking at local car park.. 2.50 Euro overnight with hotel discount. ! minute form hotel.

I was there for a business trip and there was 4-5 people in the room next door 5002 who were partying and singing all night from 02:00-08:00 I did not get a good nights sleep.

Cold cold cold!
Arrived to a cold room... radiator turned off.. it was 0 - 2 degrees outside...
The room was cold overnight even when radiator turned on...

This is and has always been a lovely hotel to stay in. It’s the most central and convenient for us. Have been visiting for years and will continue to some.

Highly recommend this property as it was close to everything and staff were most helpful. No parking on site but they provided a discount voucher for parking station just 2mins away!

Overall a good hotel with very nice and helpful staff and a clean room that looked better than the pictures, but there where some things thant could've been better: The shower/bathtub only has one shower head attached to the wall above the tap with quite low pressure which makes it a bit of an acrobatic performance to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. The vents in the windows could not be completely closed which prevented the loud noises from the street to be shut out. It would've been nice if there were water and bathrobes in the room too.

Great location. Easy walk to King John’s Castle, Cathedral, downtown for tasty pub food, shopping etc. Would stay again. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing; good selection and cheerful staff.

This was our fancy hotel for our trip to Ireland. Nice hotel... nice early breakfast but it's buffet Irish ...swarms of old people tour busses early am and when their bus arrives kind of take over a bit. Room was nice ..not huge parking not too far away for 7.50 eu. Very close to shopping and the main walking area of town

Comfortable hotel right in the city centre. Paid parking available at a nearby multi storey. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the other hotels we stayed in over the 3 week vacation.

Lovely hotel,room was very warm and the aircon didn’t work but probably only a minor problem, close to o Connell street,parking is in Henry street car park not to far away,would definitely stay again

Nice hotel with friendly staff. When we checked in we got a voucher for parking, we asked how long we could park there, the staff said up to 24 hours after taking the ticket. We went into the car park at about 9pm. We went to leave the car park at 11am and we had to pay to get out. When we asked the car park staff they said you are only allowed to stay there until 10am. Be aware of this.

While the hotel and the room was good, there was no AC in the room. There was on standing fan that was not powerful to generate sufficient breeze. We kept the windows open for some cool air to come in but the noise on the street was loud enough to disturb the sleep. It become difficult to sleep well through the night.

The hotel was lovely. Easy to find parking. Staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant food was great. The rooms were very nice. I would stay here again when visiting Limerick in the future.

No air conditioning, refrigerator was broken and outside noise made sleeping difficult, since the windows needed to be open. Food was mediocre, but good coffee.

Excellent location. Room was so small there wasn’t even room for a bedside locker but there were 2 chairs squashed in. Lovely bathroom with Rituals toiletries.
Breakfast was the usual fare but very cramped.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience with the parking . Initially, it was a bit tricky to find as it's a bit far and confusing when you're arriving for the first time. The downtown area's one-way roads made it a challenge, and we had to circle a few times before finding suitable parking.
The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a nice place to rest after a day of exploring. The amenities offered met my basic needs and added to the overall comfort. Overall, it was a good stay

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Difficult if you have a car - nowhere to pull up to drop. Suitcases off whilst you find somewhere to park.

Loved the location, great breakfast, friendly staff. FYI - parking is in the garage across the street. The hotel will validate, so you pay €7.50, but there is no in and out privileges.
