Service was amazing but my room was horrible. I understand old and outdated but the smell was terrible! Smelled like mildew and the room was extremely stuffy.

My stay was good. Friendly staff, the room was clean and the breakfast was good too.

We tried checking in at 5:30pm and I was told my room wasn’t cleaned yet and had to wait. Other than that the room was clean and quiet minus the several train horns.

The hotel itself was average. The pool was cloudy and smelled bad. A huge turn off was arriving and finding that one of the comforters was dirty, and the other had holes in it. The staff was extremely friendly. That is only reason I do not rate this hotel with two stars. Breakfast was good and again, staff member tending to the breakfast area was very friendly and ready to help. However, I have young children, so the pool was a major factor for us during the summer, so we won't be returning here. The comforters were changed out, no problem and we did complain about the pool, but they seemed to think it was clean per Expedia's conversation with them. It was not, not remotely close or sanitary.

Would not allow me to choose a room on the second floor, because I booked third party. No extra towells, blankets, or pillows. Housekeeping tried to enter my room twice without knocking, before. check out time. Breasfast was decent, but room was way overpriced.

Disappointed that the pool was not available during our stay and the t v was not always available due to roof work at this time. However, we were impressed with the cleaniness of the room and hotel, and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was comfortable, the staff very friendly. Only downside was a train track next to the property that woke us once.

Um it was updated tv was nice. Not a bad stay was ok

Roaches and racism

only thing I had a problem with we could not watch TV with the cable down for a whole day I think we should have been informed before we stayed or given a discount.

2 day vacation with my daughter and granddaughter. Chose this hotel because of location and pretty good reviews. First, the good comments are Ms. Veronica was awesome!! Very professional and accommodating!! The breakfast had a good variety of the basics: cereal, muffins, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels & toast. The staff were all friendly. Last, the only negatives I have are the TV service was not working on 2nd night, had to adjust chain on toilet to flush, & elevator did not want to go up unless I held the button down. Overall, the stay was still pleasant and I would still recommend and stay here again on a future trip.

the room was good. some staff are a little nonchalant but overall it was a good choice. we wasn’t very far from anything.

What I didn't like was the bathroom was not clean! it had booboo on the toilet and I had already had to switch rooms because I was put in a handicap room. The ceiling in the bathroom looked nasty. I actually took a shower with my sandals on. The A/C Vent was broken, not presentable.

The ice machine on the second floor is broken and just pouring water through a hole in the floor. We had to go to the 4th floor for ice. There were multiple beer caps on the stairs. There was mold growing in the in room coffee pot. Stuff stuck on the outside of the hand soap packet. But the bed was comfy and there were no bugs.

The room was filthy!!! Had a horrible odor, the manager on duty was SUPER helpful and understanding, she put me in a different room after 3 attempts due to the other rooms were filthy and smelled bad also, there was hair on the floor and in the sinks in the bathrooms and hair and stains on the sheets in the bed, the walls, the doors, and the shower floor was FILTHY!! This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this with Comfort Inn, I will not stay at or recommend this brand again

Memorial Day and the pool was green, gfi in room would not work so no coffee maker, and railroad tracks with trains blowing their horns all night long, they ran out of breakfast and the toilet seat was loose and when they straightened up the room they didn’t leave any towels, shampoo or conditioner!

The staff was very nice & friendly. I was disappointed that they never had grits or bacon on the breakfast buffett. It was convenient to everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort in. The check in was was quick, easy and friendly our room was fresh, clean and comfortable. I only stayed wone night but would for sure recommend staying again.

It was very convenient off/on the highway as we were driving cross country. The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Room smelled like pot when you first walked in, there was burn holes in the blankets on the beds and there was food left in the refrigerator that smelled. The pool was green.

Everything about this place was nice. From the service, to the room. Only complaint I have is that the Front of the ac and the ac vents were dusty and nasty, and the bed skirt was tucked in at the bottom of the bed. That only bothered me because , I am a housekeeping supervisor at a resort and I inspect people rooms after they clean them all the time. Appearance matter! How the room looks matters! It's always the little things lol. Other than that everything was nice. I left my housekeeper a tip, hopefully they got it. 9/10!!

For what i paid per night i was expecting a little more. But the breakfast was hot, room was clean, shower was hot and bed was comfy. That’s all i can ask for.

We stayed here for a night because we were seeing a comedian at the Brookshire Grocery Arena. This hotel was really close to the venue! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel was a little outdated but not bad at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Although my stay was short, the hotel was comfortable and nice.

We only did an arrived at 8pm, the night clerk already had my reservation information pulled so check-in was like 2 minutes! The building and room were smoke free and actually smelled smoke free! I say this because I've stayed at another hotel in town and it definitely didn't smell smoke free. The beds were actual QUEEN size beds and we fit comfortably. Again I say this because I've stayed at another hotel in town and the beds were way smaller. The staff was respectful. My only disappointment was there was 4 of us and only 2 full size towels, it wasnt a big deal, but I mention it for people who might run into the same problem and leave a negative rating (just bring your own), I know some people who bring their own anyway. They were very attentive to any request. I asked for towels they looked into immediately and just didnt have any spare. I called about the toilet not flushing they sent someone immediately and he fixed it. So overall it was great!
