After making my reservation for a 2BR, 2BA room through Hotels.com on 12-31-23 for spring break of 2024, upon arrival we were told that we didn’t have a reservation…they had not received it from Hotels.com. The staff was amazing & was able to give us a regular room for the first night & move us to 2BR,2BA room the next day. The hotel was very clean & in a good location. I would stay there again but book directly through the hotel.

Good accommodations for a family. Sleeper sofa had no blanket or sheets. We had to wait a bit but the front desk brought them to us eventually. Only issue that made us hesitant about overall cleanliness was that a hand towel was found with fecal matter hanging and ready for use .

Upon check in the room was not available, not a big deal since we did arrive early. I chose this hotel due to it having 4 inside pools because of the chilly weather and that was pretty much false advertising. We spoke with anotber guest who said she was told because it was spring, the inside pools become outside ones when the glass is removed. Should have been printed on the booking site. Lastly, the room apparently that was assigned to us was still not ready at check in and they moved us to another one..well at 1230am I awoke to someone trying to enter our room because they also assigned it to another couple. They are remodeling so that is the reason for the appearence. The close proximity to the beach was the best part!

Construction going on so one lobby was closed and the breakfast area too was closed on one side. The strange thing was you had to ride and elevator to a certain floor and get off and walk across then catch another elevator to get to your room or the other lobby, just an inconvenience. The breakfast employees were great! Our room cards quit working each day which made it a nuisance because we weren’t able to get in from the parking garage and had to walk all the way down to the other lobby. They did change our room but when we went to the other room people were already in there, so they had us stay in the same room we were already in.

We are older and wanted to check someplace to maybe spend a couple weeks or so in warm weather during our winters in Minnesota. Our main concern is safety for seniors. We got in late and found that at 7:30pm there weren't many places open for dinner but we didn't go to far from the hotel because of the long travel day. We really enjoyed the next morning on the boardwalk before we continued our trip.

The rug in this room was so disgusting, there are big stains! Of course when we wiped down the room & use disinfectant! In doing so the phone & the blue table was sticky & food stains on it!

Everything was good. I wish they would let us know online that construction is going on. It needs to say “4 covered pools” not indoor. No pools are indoor. But they are warm. Enjoyed our stay though.

This hotel is fairly close to the airport & Market Commons (big shopping center) There was a gorgeous ocean-themed Christmas tree in the lobby which was a pretty holiday touch. BIG KUDOS to Becky, Tristan & Angie -front desk staff- who had to deal with expedia/hotels.com snafu (never again- always book directly with hotel!) Both check in & check out had issues & they were so pleasant & efficient. The hotel is really beautiful inside & there's a fantastic set of outdoor pools that kids would love. My room had a balcony & plenty of space. They offer an excellent breakfast bar with plenty of choices & most importantly, plenty of coffee! Great stay.

This property is under construction right now, but they did a pretty good job keeping it away from the customers. I do wish I had known it. The room was newly renovated and very nice. But it was very small someone in a wheelchair at a hard time getting around other than that we liked it. Breakfast was good, Hampton inns are usually reliable

Very lovely property. Oceanfront. Bed comfortable. Checkin staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast variety good and consistent with other Hampton. Our end of October visit found many restaurants close by closed. The room did not have the variety of bathroom amenities (body lotion) that we have come to enjoy at our Hampton overnights. We would recommend this property if you are visiting Myrtle Beach.

The property was beautiful. There was a very long buckle in the wood flooring down in the lobby area that only had a couple of orange cones sitting around it. The pet policy covers EVERY room. There are no rooms that are pet free.

Asked at front desk for early check-in, they wanted $50us, WHY if the room is ready and just sitting empty. Hotel policy should be reviewed. Flights schedules don't follow check-in times. Restaurants and entertainment in the area are lacking, ocean beach was great. Lobby floors need to be fixed, they are unsafe and are not a good first impression. Paper cups can only be used once, glass are nicer and can be reused.

Loved free transportation to and from airport. Would love it even more if they would be able to take you to restaurants and such. Overall-wonderful place to stay. Loved seeing all the dogs being allowed to stay also. Breakfast is great. Room clean and pretty. We felt safe also.

The entire time spent there was absolutely enjoyable. Weather was nice staff was. AMAZINGLY AWESOME. It had been a while since visiting this property but was well worth the wait to visit agin. SUPERB!!! Thanks for a awesome vacation.

My room had a problem with the door handle noticed upon entering the room. Maintenance was called and was unable to repair the door. Maintenance had our room switch to another room but guest services thought we were still in the old room. Guest services kept telling us that we needed to check out before we were supposed to because they didn't know we were not the family originally scheduled to be in the new room and they thought we were actually in the old room. They kept coming by and calling for us to check out. It was an inconvenience and interruption due to improper procedures for the room change.
