Location, pools and beach location.
Room was clean and comfortable. Views were beautiful.
Elevator in parking garage broken. I am handicap. The lower handicap parking was occupied. I was told to park on upper levels and walk downstairs. I am unable to walk downstairs. They need to come up with something else to help the elderly and handicapped! Very unacceptable.

Location was cool
20 minutes after arrival my son cut his finger waking a glass It was put into cabinet with chip in it. No dish soap no paper towels no facial tissue no soap lotion or shampoo samples

Nice, clean,’friendly and helpful!
A large pool. Kids took up all pool areas and hot tubs. Had to wait to get in the water. Wasn’t a pool large enough to swim in.

Location
Our mattress was upside down, we had to flip it over. Our neighbors was smoking pot , smell was so bad we had to keep our balcony door closed on the 1st night. Apparently they checked out Monday or ran out of weed
