I loved everything about the property

Like the beachfront location and walk ability to restaurants/attractions. Staff was able to accommodate us staying in same room despite possibility of having to switch rooms because of added date to reservation.
Only ONE elevator was working and EVERY guest was inconvenienced by this. Our specific room had multiple “kinks.” Cabinets could not open all the way because it would hit ceiling light, could not open bathroom sink to full flow because it mirror wouldn’t allow due to low setting, there was an odor coming from refrigerator we noticed on day 2. We noticed a palmetto bug in parking and were worried about our room, did find one in our room that seemed to come from outside balcony.

The pool was great the bar and bartender I had was great, being right by the beach we amazing life changer
Walls already had some scuffs when we got there, so i don’t know if that will be taken out of our deposit hopefully it doesn’t, also the elevators were horrible 1 didn’t work, and the other took forever to arrive when pressed.
