Great weekend

The location and free breakfast

It's hard to get out of the garage parking and it is hard to find the North and South side for your room. Need better direction signs

If not the unfortunate weed-smoking and rap music-playing neighbors - the stay would be great.

Overall location is good.

Noisy neighbours. They were sleeping the whole day, and then they start smoking weeds and play loud rap music after 11pm. Stuff helped with this.

It was romantic and we made good memories!

I liked the room and the indoor hot tub. Also the breakfast was really good and had a lot of different options to choose from!

That there was a little girl in the hot tub whose parent wasn’t watching them. She kept staring me in my face and wouldn’t let me turn the jets back on and her mother was nowhere around her watching her!

Location with great. Staff was great! Looking forward to the bar and restaurant that’s coming.

Renovating is great but a lot of areas are closed off. The AC was on 60 but the room was pretty warm.

Disappointing and zero maid service

They were doing construction and everything was closed and constant random men coming in and out and always in the elevators. Couldn't go in or out certain doors or areas and was completely confusing as to what areas were open. Also called ahead to make sure our room could get cleaned and be ready to go, when we arrived four hours later the guy at the front desk said it wasn't ready still and that he would call. Never called. Finally came back and it had been ready. The front desk people are weird and rude with no social skills. Also the room was never cleaned. Stayed for three days. Not a single extra towel or trash taken out. Wouldn't stay here again

Had better Hampton Inn stays.

Location location location.

No check-in instructions for check-in and no notice of or help from the hotel regarding the massive construction in the hotel at the time of our stay. Where do we park? What door works for entry? How about an email? Breakfast was OK. Coffee was bad for Hampton Inn. Pools were a mess. Said they would check the room for towels and trash mid stay but did only at the end of the last full day of 3 day stay. Check out was sadly impersonal. Not likely to return. We expect more from the Hampton Inn.

It was good other than the indoor pool not available

Disappointed with the amenities, all of the pool are not working even the indoor pool.

No matter what the season of the year is make sure that indoor amenities are in good perfect condition otherwise lower down the prices.

Me and my family enjoyed the room for a night. It was nice.

Overall, our stay was great! The hotel was central to everything we wanted to explore!

Then location was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast options were plentiful.

I didn't like that the website didn't mention the hotel was under major expansion construction which severly impacted the use of the indoor pools/jacuzzis. This one of the main reasons I selected this hotel due to the indoor options considering the weather would be on the chilly side.

Not pleased with several parts of this stay at all.

It was oceanfront

There was no phone in my room. There was a fire drill that night with no notification in my room. Others stated there was a flashing light in their room. I didn’t have a flashing light and no phone to call the front desk for anything. When we exited several of us ended up at the pool area and could not get out, so we had the enter the hotel again and go up to the lobby to exit. There was only 1 worker when I checked in and for the entire evening. I asked for more hot water to make tea and he stated he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the front desk. The breakfast was horrible and only a little bit of food was brought out at a time. I’ve stayed with Hampton Inn several times and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’d like my money back or some type of compensation.

My Stay at Myrtle Beach

The rooms and the entire complex are very nice and clean. The pools and the exterior from the pools to the beach are very nice. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

I arrived at 4 p.m., which was the check-in time. One of my two rooms was ready, and the other I was initially told would be ready in about 15 minutes. Since I had young children with me, I sent them to the room with my son. After about 20 minutes, I was told the other room was not ready, and it would be about another 15 minutes. Finally, the desk agent called me over and told me she was upgrading me to another room because my room was still not ready. I was finally checked in at 5 pm, and was the only person waiting at registration for a room. I was very pleased with the upgraded room, but was a little annoyed that I had to sit there for close to 40 minutes to get to my room after traveling 3 hours by car to get to the hotel.

The refrigerator was not balanced. I had to balance it. The bathroom door was not hung right. Had to force it to close it. No hot water when I took a shower. Dogs pooping and peeing every where. The tread mill in the gym was broken.

The rooms and views were excellent. There were many pool options.

The staunch 4pm check in. There was a check in fee. If the room is available then it's available. For 439 a night, haggling over 50 extra seems like poor business.

Pools, location to the beach, breakfast decent, staff friendly even crew working !, cleanliness!

No fan in bathroom! Why?? Towels not always avail. Did not get the room we expected- woman at front desk for check in was snarky, rest of staff was amazing !

A total nightmare!

The lobby and rooms were clean.

The room was not ready at check in we waited 45 minutes after checking in to receive keys. when I finally was given keys I walked in and a woman was sipping a coke in my room. The staff were not helpful at all! My children and I were trapped inside an elevator and the staff who answered the emergency call couldn’t be bothered the help when the elevator lost power. There was so much noise from outside our room all night it was impossible to rest or relax.

Not happy about the dogs everywhere in the hotel…

We were here years ago and breakfast was a much better quality with fresh cut up fruit more variety better breakfast meats…

Had I known this hotel allows dogs I would not have booked a room here… dogs everywhere.. you even trip over them in the breakfast dining room. Peeing in the pool area. Penned up next to the pool barking as their owner passes them in the lazy River pool. Howling in the room next to ours at 5pm after a day on the beach when you try to take a nap before dinner was impossible. I like dogs but not on my vacation.
