Couples Getaway

We loved our room, it was cute and clean. The hotel is clean, no trash in the parking lot. The pool and lounging area well maintained, the gym was good too! We loved the Bistro, it was good but a little pricey.

The prices for water or drinks was expensive.

Because of the location it was just ok for the one night. I left first thing in the morning.

There was a foul odor throughout the hoteĺ caused by some maintenance issues.

I would recommend staying here. It would have been even better if it wasn’t so cold, but not the hotel’s fault, lol.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in room with a balcony and a view of the pool. It was a little further away from the broadway on the beach because the distance stated was only to the drive leading to the entrance. It was further away than we thought. It wasn’t a big deal, since we love walking.

The location is perfect. The staff were nice and decent. Pool and firepit area is wonderful.

The floors could have been more cleaner. It was also hot in the room and paint peeling off of the tub. I have never had this happen to me at any other hotel, I was very surprised.

Very satisfying.

The AC unit wasn’t putting out as expected. But still was comfortable. Think that the shrubbery around the unit restricts the breathing of the condenser. Only an observation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our first rooms assigned smelt so bad. One of them still had trash on the floor. Had to get new rooms assigned that were on different floors.

The location of the hotel is not far from everything to do in Myrtle Beach.

Very little communication from the cleaning staff.

Would NEVER recommend this location to anyobe.

Breakfast was supposed to be included for $5 with the room I reserved. Prices were too expensive for breakfast. Had to go elsewhere to eat.. very inconvenient.

No maid services for our 4 day stay even though we requested it. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room looked like a homeless camp with trash overflowing and a knee deep pile of towels in the bathroom floor. Very poor services.

I would book again.

The staff was phenomenal, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. They had a bar,Starbucks, and food.

I didnt eat the breakfast, but the location was great!!

The heat didnt seem to work properly, and there was a slight mildew like strench in the bathroom.

Convenient, comfortable and clean.

It is clear this hotel has undergone recent renovations and improvements are still being made. I have recently stayed in a king/sleeper sofa room and a double queen room. Both were comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel offers free parking and is a very short drive from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Sports Center and Convention Center.

In lieu of the traditional complimentary breakfast many hotels offer, a rather pricey, made-to-order bistro is located in the hotel lobby along with a Starbucks . 2. Rooms do not have microwaves of their own, but some halls do have a microwave for general use located in the same nook as the ice machine.
