Amazingly spectacular

The property was absolutely amazing, especially our penthouse suite. It was absolutely stunning, very clean, very spacious, and we had everything we could possibly need.

There’s absolutely nothing I did not like about the property. Everything was spectacular.

It was a great place to stay and would definitly return again.

We have stayed here before and it is a great place to vaction.

I beleive the unit was privately owned so could have used a few scatter mats on hardwood floors.I

Great time, very clean.

Very clean! One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Myrtle Beach.

The pool could have been a little cleaner. Very cloudy and greasy.🤢

Jane was amazing! Every person was kind to my daughter and talked to her. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

A fight broke out on the first floor parking deck right after we arrived.

check in was a little challenging as you can’t get into the building to use elevators etc until check in time so transporting things and children to the beach was tough

. Check-in was smooth . The housekeeper made sure we always had clean towels. My grandkids had a great time. It was on the beach ⛱️

The room was spacious. I like the room key in the form of an armband which allows you not to have to fumble to find room key. The band can be easily put on your wrist and swiped to gain entry to your room and also other areas if it is after hours.

Mattress on bed need replacing, not comfortable, had to take medicine for back pain after one nights sleep. Couch in living room area worn out sinks down when you sit in it. Pillows on couch dirty. As per my booking my room included a bedroom with a double balcony. Upon check-in I was told that only two or three bedroom apartments had double balconies. I asked the manager could I be upgraded to match my booking she stated that since I booked through a third party she could not honor any additional request.

We will NEVER stay here again!

The staff were very nice & social. The pools were nice.

Where do I begin…the rooms were NOT clean. Just barely touched over. The bathrooms were nasty. I had to get cleaning supplies to clean before we did anything.

Very spacious room

Overly crowded, couldn’t ever get in the hot tub because of all the drunks . Lazy river was filled with kids who didn’t have a float

The room had a musty smell when walking in and the beds could be more comfortable, other than those, all was PERFECT!

We made the best of it!

The size of the room and the oceanfront views were amazing.

The room wasn't clean. There was throwup on the sofa, ceiling fans had accumulated dirt on them, toilet bowls were dirty, dining room table, chairs and bar stool chairs were dirty from not being cleaned on a regular basis and the bed in one of the bedrooms had been replaced and the replacement bed was horrible. The refrigerator was leaking. When we arrived we spent the first two hours trying to get a solution to the problem but unfortunately there were none. We spent our time cleaning the room ourselves to the best of our ability. This isn't how we intended to spend our first day of vacation. Management and housekeeping were made aware of the issues. Pictures of all of the issues were taken. We were not satisfied with the compensation given at checkout.

Great buy

For the price the room was large and positioned perfectly over the ocean. Beautiful view. The room was roomy and very comfortable.

The room was big and comfortable some of the finishing of the baseboards , doors had some rough areas. Small things would make the hotel and rooms almost elite if done.

Stay was overall good, would stay again.

Positives: very friendly staff, great location, great amenities

parking was very tight in the parking garage, but they do have 2 lots across the street of additional parking, I wouldn’t recommend very small kids just because it was quite a bit of a party scene and there was a very strong marijuana smell in the hallway and out on the balcony
