Amazing picturesque resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff

All was good however ac was not working and no one was available to speak to till the next morning.
No mirror besides one in bathroom
Food is halal which was really good
Besides that everything was good

We visited the resort to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday. We had an amazing time thanks to the staff who went out of their way to arrange a whole birthday cake, candle and singing with our first evening meal which made her feel very special.
The entire team deserves a special mention, in particular the housekeeping team who always left our room looking immaculate with a smile on their faces. For a resort that is classed as 5 star I think that it is really more a 4 star resort but it is due to the exceptional service of the staff that I’m giving a full 5 star rating.
