Very comfortable bed. Good food. Beautiful lobby. Room was very poorly ventilated and smelled funny. Water took far too long to get hot, although, eventually it did.

Shame that when you have a problem in your room like bugs they move you for safety and say they will compensate you but instead put you in basement from a suite you booked and lie and tell the 3rd party the room was the same. Shame on your service.

The hotel is nice I liked the location right off the highway. We went to the Kane Brown concert at T-Mobile Center. You do have to pay $25.00 a night to park

The lady at the front desk was very rude and I don't believe the property is listed as it should be. There is an additional $25 fee to park which said nothing about that in the description.

The staff we all incredibly kind and friendly. We were surprised about having to pay for our parking, this is something we are not used to from all of our travels. Otherwise a very clean, and well-equipped hotel.

The hotel was very nice and appeared really clean. My complaint is in regards to the overwhelming air freshener in the lobby. I am someone who uses candles and air fresheners without issue, but it was so overwhelming it was a bit nauseating. I could taste it everywhere and it gave me a headache. Otherwise, staff was great, place was clean. Rooms were comfortable.

The staff was amazing with the kids and truly made them feel special. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. My only complaint was that there was glass in the parking lot.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but if you are looking to get to the airport early in the morning, this is not the place. Also, I complained about the microwave not working and they did nothing about it.

This was our 1st stay in KC. It was an amazing visit and many memories were made. The hotel staff were over the top amazing which made our experience even better and we will be staying there again.

Hotel was spotless. Our suite was very nice and roomy. The ONLY thing I was disappointed with was the fact we had to pay $25/day to park in the hotel parking lot. I didn’t realize that when i booked. I honestly would’ve shopped around had I known that. It may have been in the description and I just overlooked that part. Staff was very friendly- no complaints there. Hotel was very clean like i said.

The check in process could use tweeking. At 4 pm the lobby and restaurant areas were full of people waiting to start checking in. It was after 4 when the clerk called the 1st customer up. People that had been waiting a long had to wait while others just walking in the door got in line in front of them. Would be helpful if you could start assigning rooms as they are cleaned or, at least, have a numbering system to make it fair for the earliest arrivals.

I was very impressed with this property. You could tell it was very clean as soon as you walked in the door. The staff was very professional and polite. I saw employees constantly cleaning the lobby and other areas of the hotel. I'm a Hilton Platinum member for years and their facilities have become really run down and not taken care of. I was extremely impressed with this location. The restaurant was good, the bar was accommodating and our room was great and had everything we needed. The property outside looks a little run down and could need some attention. I would probably return to this location if I need a hotel in this area.

As many people seem to overlook it in the hotel information, there is a parking fee which is common for hotels in a downtown area. It was convenient to grab a LYFT to go to the show at T-Mobile Center. If weather was better, we would have walked but we're used to needing situational awareness having lived in Memphis. For most, I wouldn't walk around at night in immediate area. It was nice food was available after the concert. Matt at the front desk was very helpful and he was always attending to the lobby. Mitch at the bar was friendly, gave great suggestions for activities in the area, and food/coffee recommendations. The beds were very comfortable! The hotel was clean and we appreciated they offer daily room services as some hotels have not resumed that service unless you ask. The only thing I did find ridiculous was breakfast. The policy on-line said if your rate includes breakfast, it includes breakfast for each adult. Instead, we got these coupons that could only be used on select items. We have an allergy and cannot have mammal products - beef, pork, lamb, dairy, etc. Most items on the coupon list were $12-13 and unfortunately items we couldn't eat. We asked if we could do 2 sides of turkey sausage and 1 plain toast which would be $9...and they said no. We didn't ask for anything extra and actually asked for something cheaper. It put a damper on an otherwise great experience with the hotel.

Cozy hotel in a convenient location especially if you're planning to go to the Chiefs game. The bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere.
