Clean property; excellent, professional staff. Along (free) streetcar route btw Market area to Crown Center; great breakfast choices & large breakfast area.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Man at the front desk wasn’t welcoming - not outride rude but definitely not welcoming. Phone in the room wasn’t connected. Son had trouble getting onto the WiFi. Price was higher than I usually see for hotels up here but we stayed during the FIFA World Cup so that was the same with all they other hotels as well.
Bed was comfortable and room was quiet which I can’t say for my recent stays at another hotel. We didn’t use the pool or any other amenities as we were just there to sleep and had a late check in.
Overall I would stay there again.

It was a fine place to stay. The room was nice. It had a sink outside the toilet/shower which I always appreciate.
