The room was spacious but old and lacking some renovation

Some improvements are due:
1) Some bath towels were too old (could see through some parts of the towels)
2) Food cupboard and drawers not cleaned
3) Drawers in wardrobe not cleaned
4) Curtains need washing
5) Ceiling by the windows has some black dust

We liked the staff. They were so politely and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely, we will book this hotel again.

If you do not a portuguese speaker, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all cost.
Staff were rude when I asked if anyone spoke spanish or english so I could communicate the problem which was, the cleaning lady abruptly got into my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was in my underwear.
The male receptionist "with the piercing holes" at my check out was absolutely the worst.

Its an old building.
The sofabed was awful.
Generally speaking it was so-so... Ok for the price...
Half the quality of NOVOTEL and half the price of it.

It was good, nothing special. I had a problem with a wall and it wasn’t solved. The location is good and the breakfast is ok

Although we stayed for only 1 night, everything was ok.

When we arrived, there was a bus blocking the drive. But it was okay. The staff was very friendly, and the room was a great size!

Good size room with a couch for lounging in. Some outlets did not work, internet good, breakfast was a good typical Brazilian hotel breakfast. Fitness room was basic, not good for full workout..

I arrived tired from the trip and I was glad to have entered the apartment quickly. What I most did like was the breakfast, simple but delicious.
