the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!! very clean, and lived the pool, sauna and steam room!!

The hotel had a few dedicated staff. Most could not talk with us. Some took a parental attitude instead of treating us like adult guests. This was NOT a 4-Star property.
