Had a great time, the hotel was very nice. Lots of room in the suit we had. Only down fall was the people above us were extremely loud even at midnight. Sounded like they were coming through the floor and we had two babies trying to sleep. However, when we called the front desk they took care of the issue quickly.

The accommodation was very clean and nice. We made the reservation in advance, however, requesting an accessible room, and upon checking in were told it was one. It was not at all, so the tub was unused by us for fear of falling. The bed was a little bit too high and also too soft for good back support. Usually we really enjoy our stays with Sonesta completely.

Second time I stayed there with my dog. They have a dog walk area and provide poop bags and garbage dispenser's. Breakfast is always great and they have a variety and large spread that I always enjoy. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. I highly recommend

My room was nice and clean. Amenities was great gym was in good state and breakfast was a good addition. The staff were courteous and helpful. The area has nearby shops and restaurants and the experience I had was great.

Nice layout overall but a little small for a suite. Beds were clean. Toilet rim was dirty; shower didn’t work properly, thereby clogging tub; hvac was noisy. Sticky items in the kitchen (I.e., sugar dish).

So loud. We were put in the room next to the elevator. We heard the elevator dinging and people talking all night. The room smelled like chemicals. Horrible sleeping conditions

The front desk was amazing and sweet! Came into town for a wedding. Saw good reviews online however the hotel rooms are out dated and cleanness is not a priority. Floors had crumbs on them. And the ac vents were gross. Glad we only had to stay one day.

We loved the whole experience. Having a mini kitchen with it was awesome. The hallway carpet could have been cleaner, but the room was fine. I'm not crazy about the three day service. I love fresh towels every day!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The elevator is not working and that was a major setback as we are somewhat mobility impaired. The hotel did offer houseman services to carry our luggage up but that still left us with having to navigate stairs for everything else. The carpet in the stairs and the hallways was soiled and discolored. The room was clean and well appointed.

We were there for a sports tournament for our daughter. Upon arrival, we were notified that there was no elevator service because the elevator was broken. They did have a man carrying bags up the steps for us but we were traveling with someone that had a hip issue and climbing 3 flights of stairs for him was more than an issue. It was very inconvenient and uncomfortable for him. Getting into our room, our pull out took up the entire living space, to the point we had to move furniture into the bedroom to be able to accommodate for the pull out. The bed we were staying in had big hole in the headboard where the fabric had been scratched and removed. For over $200 a night, I would expect the furniture and space to be way more up to par. We also found rotten spots in the hallway in front of windows, my son was showing me something out of the window on floor 3, when I stepped in front of the window, the floor sank, like the floor had water damage or was rotten. That is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. I am not sure what room we were by but it was a handicapped suit that our friends were staying in.

The property is very clean as conveniently located HOWEVER the front desk staff was checking in people on the 3rd floor and was UNAWARE the only elevator was out of order! How is that possible since there was a sign on the elevator! He then told them they needed to climb the stairs with their luggage offering no assistance.

The staff parks right in front of the hotel. There's not enough parkibg. The carpets are filthy. The place smells. Multiple times all you smelled was marijuana. The one and only elevator broke. Inconvenient when you're on the third floor. 5 day stay and no housekeeping. How much longer are they blaming covid?

The kitchen area was pristine. All the dishes and silverware in the room were immaculate and the space area was large for two people. First hotel that didn’t have ESPN as a channel. The bed was lumpy, but acceptable. There were 6 shifts of counter staff and all were welcoming and professional.

I paid in full when I booked and when I arrived they wanted to put a $100 hold on my card for “incidentals”. I refused. There is no reason for that. It also was not disclosed anywhere that would be done. Parking was a joke also. Our room was in the front of the building but we had to park on the other side and hike the whole way through the hotel to get to our room.
