The waterfront includes a shallow area for swimming, a dock which will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet long, a large floating raft, row boat, canoe, kayak, paddle boat and all of the life vests and tubes you will need for a day of fun. The large deck at the lakefront provides an ideal setting for enjoying the view of the lake as well as your family's activities at the waterfront. This large property will accommodate up to five cars as well as storage for your boat trailer. Fishing: Excellent fishing is available for the amateur as well as the serious enthusiast. There is a marina at the south end of the Lake which can help you with all of your boating needs. The Cone's Point Store is within walking distance. Here you can find some food supplies, bait, soft-serve ice cream and mini-golf. Poultney is a quaint Vermont town with local restaurants, gift shops and other amenities. Wonderful restaurants are also available off of Route 30 in the Lake Bomoseen area to the north as well as in Pawlet to the south.
