Comfortable and very clean. Even tho they are doing a renovation, and hotel was full, you’d never know it. Everything was very clean and up to date, and it was quiet. Hot tub was not working which was not good. Front desk staff is very friendly and GM De was very helpful.

There were issues at check in. We were given keys to another persons room. They didn’t have a room for us for a while.

The property was clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast service was efficient, the area was clean and the choices were most welcome.

Amenities were nice in the Executive Suite. House keeping was lacking. The restroom was not cleaned, otherwise the room was tidy. Equipment in the fitness center needs maintenance or replacement. The water tank in the fitness center was empty. Public restroom was filthy, although maybe I checked it out between cleanings. Yikes.

The hotel was great. When we asked about the pool and the hot tub we were told it was currently closed. Right away they upgraded us to the executive suite with a private hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean. The breakfast bar has a great variety, the area was well maintained and the staff working in that area were amazing! We arrived right before they were suppose to close and they didn’t rush us. There is so much to choose from and the whole breakfast room was immaculate.

Overall the hotel was average. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was a disaster, should have asked to change rooms for health and safety reasons. There was mold on the ceiling where it had been patched in several places. It looked like spray paint was used to try and cover it up. This is probably due to the fact that the fan didn't work very well at all. The sink in the bathroom was cracked in several places and glued back together. The toilet ran for a half hour or so after every flush. The pool and jaccuzi were filthy, absolutely would not go in them.

Teton offered a excellent breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was very good. The cinnamon rolls came out nice and fluffy and warm. A very excellent experience for a breakfast. The room is very clean and the charging station for the phone cord was right next to the table making it convenient. I had no issues with my stay.

The rooms weren’t that clean - lots of hair in the tub/floor of bathroom. Door to laundry room was open and a mouse ran across the room.

It was OK. Stayed 3 nights and asked for room to be made up each morning and it got partially done both times even though I was quite specific the second time.

Toiletry supplies were missing. Toilet paper holder was broken. Room was wide open when I arrived. Cost was WAY too much for the stay

Staff were all helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out was fast. Room was clean & comfortable. Only went down for breakfast one time during our stay at around 7:00am. They were serving scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage links & regular Continental breakfast items. Biscuits were too hard to eat & only a couple were left when we got there. Regular coffee container empty & none was available while we were there. Staff didn't keep breakfast items available for guests coming down to eat on day we ate there. Disappointed in breakfast so never went do own again for breakfast

Waited 10-15 minutes at the front desk for someone to help us during check in. Nobody was around. Toilet in our room did not work at all. Lady at the front desk didn’t seem to worried about it or offer much help. Glad we were only there one night.

The suite we got was clean, roomy, comfortable.
I had to wait 10 minutes at the front counter before anyone acknowledged me. The pool was out of order which made the grandkids upset.
I would stay here again if everything was running a bit better.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel. My friend's and I go on a golf trip every year in Prescott. We all love this place. Nice friendly people and great rooms. We will definitely be staying again

The room was damp maybe do to a leak inthe bathroom coming from the floor above. No one is hardly at the desk for service.

Musty/smoky room with ceiling leak. The manager switched our room immediately but said that they always have issues with the room. Second room also smelled of smoke/musty. Breakfast was pathetic. The place needs better maintenance.
