I had absolutely no issues at this place, the only thing I did like is that on the website I reserved queen sized beds but when I got to the hotel I was put in rooms with full sized. I was told by the clerk that that's just how the system recognizes things and that they only had full sized beds aside from some had kings. If I would have known that I would have booked king sized beds in two rooms or something like that. I wasn't pleased with the smaller beds.

I would recommend this place, The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I wished I could remember the morning waitress name she was super nice and awesome being she was the only one working every morning! This will be my #1 place to stay on my next visit.

Kids did find a bug in their blankets. Our sink was spewing everywhere they called maintenance and did fix it.

Pretty clean hotel. Needs a few things fixed. You can hear the traffic like they are right outside your window. The beds are hard as a rock.

There was a NJCAA soccer tourney in town. Their guest were slamming door at almost midnight and then 7 am in the morning. Call the front desk and excuse was soccer tourney in town

Close to shops and businesses we needed. Counter person when we checked in very sarcastic and rude. Later when I tried to info he just ignored me. Couch pull out very old and very uncomfortable!

Check in was easy and quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility and room was very clean. The location was convenient with quick highway access and close to shopping and dining options. One of the better stays that I've had in Wichita. I would stay here again.

Mario with Maintenance visited my room, immediately upon arrival, to correct a problem with my television. Urinal, on the Front Desk, had done all he could to correct the problem, but he was not successful. I checked in and my key was not working so Luis walked me to my room and made sure everything worked out.

The property is in a good location. Not too far from the airport and has decent eating and entertainment options in the area. The only things we issues with were the bedding. Pillows and sheets were stained.

Hotel room was clean. They advertised free breakfast but when I went down in the morning I was told that was only for the weekends, yet it was not advertised as such. The rooms do not have charging docks for phones and misc. So be sure you take a charging box that plugs into an outlet. I have not taken an outlet charger for a couple of years due to the rooms I stay in have always had charging docks.

Horrible! 5 in the morning, traveled 11 hours from Texas.. had my room lined up and everything. Got there to deal with a lady that could tell me everything that wouldn’t work, but not one thing that can work. I freaking got heated, then we got treated as we was wrong and posed a threat.

The check in was not favorable. Asked for an upper level room with no adjoining room door. Was told the room did not have an adjoining room door….it did. After I was told no more rooms on the upper floor were available, I was assigned a room on the third floor….which is what I wanted but was told was not available. The breakfast was a disaster. Only one waitress was working and did her best. Ordered eggs basted hard….received two hard boiled eggs. Hotel is adjacent to a rough-looking neighborhood. Heaving chlorine smell throughout the hotel. No bathroom fan. Will not stay there again.
