First - the positive. The front desk staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The beds were well made and the linens appeared to be clean. Next - the not so positive. The room was in overall poor condition. Despite being a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke. The carpet was VERY stained, the ceiling was missing a huge chunk of paint, the interior of the front door was beat up, the picture frame was falling apart, and the wall had dirt marks on it in the shape of hands. The room could really use an update. The breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. Make your own waffles, bread to toast, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cold cereal, and mini muffins. We were there near the end of the dining hours and staff brought out more yogurt for us and asked if we needed anything else. The room suited our needs for a one night stay but isn’t somewhere we would race to stay at again.

So… when I parked in front of the room the light outside of the room was blinking incessantly. I got in the room the toilet was running constantly. I had to fix it. There were some ants in the bathroom. I went to take a shower and the cold/hot were backwards. That’s all of the bad stuff. It was cheap so that’s always good in my book

They were super nice an friendly an helpful the property was quiet the bed was amazing the pillows were amazing they were the best theee only thing that was wrong was the toilet paper roll was broken in the bathroom an the free breakfast was small not a lot of options other than yes I would go back I would just stay in a jacuzzi room not a regular one

This was such a horrible experince. The hotel room I stayed in was sooo cold. We called them they told us to decrease the heat to 75 degree’s. Mind you it was like 20 degrees or less smh. The room wasn’t the cleanest. It looked like they rushed to clean last minute. Save your money!!

SERVICE DOG WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE A PANIC ATTACK FOR WHICH THE FEMALE MANAGER,WHOM WAS WORKING CALLED THE POLICE ON ME,SAYING I WAS CAUSING A DISTURBANCE. I HAD TO LEAVE,WHICH MEANT I WAS OUT OF THE MONEY I HAD SPENT ON A UBER

If you are passing through town and need a reasonably cheap place to stay ... but, do not think you are going to stroll around the property ... room smelled like it became no smoking yesterday ... bed was comfortable.

Problems from The beginning room had no power had to be switched to different room. Hotel had a problem with keys. Couldn't get the key until 9:30 when we were there at 5. Felt very unsafe. People standing outside our hotel room yelling making a lot of noise. Person and a car blasting music for over an hour until 1:30 called front desk, nothing was done. A lot of noise all around this is a party hotel. If you are looking for a Good Night's sleep, this is not the place for you.

Hotel was fair loud neighbor upstairs from my room stomping and running onto the floor through the night and early morning as well carpet look very dirty. The stay was okay. Wouldn’t revisit this location anytime soon or later.

When i arrived i was told there was no smoking rooms even tho the website said it was then i was given a room i went and checked the room it smelled terrible and it was not what i booked i booked a king and he gave me a queen then i went back to the desk and explained to him what my problem is and told him that i want a refund magically a king room appeared and i went and checked it it was fine i think that you should be careful about how you profile ..

Given the wrong room the first time. Sheets and bathroom clean. Plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector. Shower door broken. All lights worked. Really needs vacuuming, but new carpet would be better. Easy off the highway.

I was in a non smoking room yet it smelled like someone had just smoked a whole carton of cigarettes before I got in. It was so bad I had to wash my clothes twice. Rooms are old.

Fire alarm not connected to ceiling. Non smoking room smelled musty of maybe old cigarette? Stained comforter, but sheets appear clean. Cobwebs and dust on lamps. Light in bathroom, but not in shower area so a bit dark when shower curtain closed. Shower is not a tub. Just a small stall with barely room to turnaround. Glad i don't need to shave my legs tonight.

Definitely an outdated system. Needs an upgrade! The whole building needs an upgrade. The cleaning staff was rude and unprofessional. The front desk lady was the only one that was pleasant and sweet!

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Seriously feared for my life. Activity outside our door all night long. Babies crying & Uber driving talking, people arguing from 10pm - 5:30am. Cigarette burns o. Bedding. Hair in bathroom.
