For 200.00 a night my expectations of the maintenence of the rooms should have been better. The use of cleaning with bleach needs to be evaluated. The smell was so strong in the rooms could really hurt someone. I was a Asst GM for Marriott and not that I am comparing but the room should have been better. Also making us stand there while checking to see if we damaged the room for over night stay was appalling. Will never recommend staying at the brand of hotel would have been better sleeping in the car.

Truth be told, I wasn’t expecting much for it being a motel 6….what I did expect or at least hoped for was a clean room that was at least put together. Floor trim was coming off the wall & for it to not smell like moisture the night of checkin / next day. Room smelled of bleach morning of checkin, possible water leak???

Bulbs in entry light burned out, Room looked as though it was recently painted but was a sloppy/rushed job. The bathroom door was painted and swelled in a way that kept it from fully closing and the shower was in need of serious scrubbing. The bed was clean, comfortable and freshly changed.

I arrived, my room was prepaid, gentleman at the desk instructed me their was a $ 50.00 dollar deposit which I was not aware of. I asked why and he said, it's for damages if occured. He said it would be returned to my card once I checked out after room is checked.That date was 9/20/23, the money wasn't returned till 9/25th. I opened room door, and was surprised, the floor appeared not to have been cleaned, their was little pieces of debris on the main section of floor it was dirty. The furniture was dirty. The bed frame had dried food onto wood where the mattress fitted into. The satellite TV went out between 8:30pm 9:00pm. I picked up the telephone to call office, it wasn't working no tone, I called on my cell phone, the gentleman came quickly, he moved around buttons on remote and box no service, he said we lost communication with satellite, he said wait it will be restored, I told him about the above complaints, he said other people had complained also, and left. The satellite remained out after I left the next day check out. I went to office to turn key in and let someone know how much I was disappointed, I explained all the above issues, the lady just said oh, I asked her about my deposit and she said it would be returned, but didn't say when. I will never return at that motel, it was lousy. I suggest if the light is on as the commercial says keep going don't stop.

It’s ok if you just need a place to crash and you’re on a budget. I wouldn’t bring my kids here. It’s very beat up and it’s not clean…our room smelt like old smoke despite being a non smoking room. we found hairs in our fridge… there’s so many patch jobs and things in rough shape. The beds are half decent, but that’s honestly it. We tried to stay on a budget for a bucks game, but we won’t be returning.

The temperature adjustment for the shower was broken. It only would run scalding hot water. Needless to say, none of us showered.

We booked two rooms. One room had a used bar of soap in the shower and the sheet were stained yellow. We didn’t notice until really late at night (stayed here after a concert) the other room the floors were soaking wet with what smelled like pure bleach and we checked in 40 min after 3pm check in time. Came home, all my clothes in my bag reek of cigarette smoke and we were in a non smoking room. We had someone with us that has severe allergies and the cigarette smell did not help. Definitely will never stay here again.

Dirty bed sheets when arrived, tv didn’t work, had to wait around for management to arrive to discuss the issues which seems initially like an inconvenience to them. Not even worth the cheap rates.

The motel was perfect for us! We had our dogs with us and there was no issues with them being there! The room was great! The bathroom was a little out dated but everything worked perfectly! Constant supply of hot water when needed!

Place was completely gross. Nonsmoking room with SRONG FRESH STENCH of smoke. Smoking guests in stairway,on walkway and balcony directly outside of room all hours.Towels were discolored and very very worn-out, no terry pile left. Air conditioner did not work. Set at 60 degrees but not cooling. Manager aware immediately but did not do anything about it. Blankets with cigarette burn marks. Sheets pilled rough and worn out. I asked for an iron and ironing board, but had to drive to front desk to pick up a disgustingly filthy stained ironing board that had never been cleaned. {I wiped it with paper towel (that I brought), it had brown, black gross residue} No hairdryer, shampoo/cream rinse. Not even soap dish. Stairwell and walkways deplorably filthy, with stains and trash. Trash piled high in garbage bin in stairway for both days of stay. No housekeeping service in 2 days. Electrical outlets at vanity and at table were not working. People wandering around the place all hours of day and night.Loud music blaring and people screaming in parking lot and in neighboring rooms all night long. Door did not seal completely one was able to see into the room from the outside. My key did not work on return. They charged and extra $50.00 on check in that was not disclosed on the initial Expedia price. FOR $425.37 cost for Saturday night and Sunday night stay this was a repugnant gross place. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. COMPLETELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING.

They are definitely trying to make it work. Our key didn't work the second night so that was disturbing. Floor was not mopped but just swept as the bottom of our feet got dirty. The shower and bathroom was clean though. Prompt service to get towels.

We spilled some water on the floor so dried it with a towel. The towel was black. Not very clean. Sheets may have been clean but were stained. No hair dryer. The bathroom door would not close tightly. The bathroom wall paint was buckled and falling off. Overall it was not a nice spot.

The hotel is older and needs more modernization and amenities. I stayed there for the price and proximity, but it is an option that I would not choose again. I stayed in the area over ten times and would pay more money for comfort and safety in the future.

Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived at 4:30. Their excuse was that the hotel had sold out, so you would assume they would have clean rooms on hand in preparation. When we received our room 20 minutes later, the room floor was still wet and smelled of beach. The shower still had the old, used bar of soap from the people who stayed there before us. There was mold in the shower and everything was very run down. A couple of dead bugs in the corner of the room. Worst of all, when we returned from the show, we were tired and ready to retire. The bed sheets were still damp! They had rushed to clean the room and didn’t even bother to dry the sheets completely! It was awful. The hotel was also very loud as if it were falling apart. Needless to say, I slept terribly. When I got up in the morning, I walked to the hotel next door to get a cup of coffee. I was not going to chance drinking the coffee at this hotel after seeing the state of it and how it was so poorly run.

The place is falling apart. Shower was hanging off the wall. Shower insert was cracked. The toilet seat was barely hanging on to top it off I paid holiday prices. 4 nights $793 not worth $15 a night. Pillow sounded like a plastic diaper. Caulking looked like a 10 yr old did it. Stay away from this place!!! House keeping didnt clean or make the bed once. Had to ask for towels!

Do not stay here. The manager is a straight up crook. I had reservations months in advance, and opted to pay on site when I arrived for my stay. I called days ahead to insure that I was in the system and that I was going to be checking in late due to the first day of the sonic temple festival (I go straight to the festival because it starts at noon and check in starts at 3 pm). My card was charged 1.00 the day prior which shows that they ran my card for the “hold on the room”. This crook of a manager doesn’t call me, but rather sends me an email at 3 pm the day of check-in telling me my cards declined and I have 2 hours to contact them (keep in mind I was already inside the venue for the festival). I found the email at 5 pm and they pulled my entire reservation and refused to reinstate it at the rate I booked it at. Keep in mind, the hold was active so my card never was declined. Expedia got involved and confirmed my card was active, the hold was legit, and they were not allowed to do that. Expedia also confirmed that they were not even allowed to charge me, until I arrived in person. Due to this manager refusing to fix the problem, Expedia relocated me to another hotel the following day, after sleeping in my car…..they also sent the additional cost/bill for the relocation to this motel 6, because they absolutely were not allowed to do what they did to me. Screw this place and the crooked manager. Thank you Expedia for the fix, and passing them the bill!
