I expected the hotel to be in the opera neighborhood, but despite its name, it was actually located in a completely different area. On the bright side, the breakfast was very delicious.

This is a very lovely hotel. The room and bathroom was clean when we got there. Staff helpful when help was needed. Breakfast delicious when we stayed for food in the mornings. There’s an elevator that works well also. The area the hotel is in felt very safe as well. One night past midnight we walked to some food places nearby to get a bite. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. It gives you quick access to most places in Paris proper via train. It’s quite close to a train station about a 3 minute walk.

From the welcome to the check-out, this was a pleasant and accommodating experience. The staff are always available, the rooms are well maintained, and (most importantly for us) the air conditioning was strong!!!!
