Super sweet Karolina...hotel was clean and the pillows are super soft which I love. The shampoo and conditioner and lotions were good quality. Everything was just great. Breakfast Saturday was great...not so fond of the omelets on Sunday but overall just a great stay. The front desk girls were so very kind.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gal serving food I think her name was Thi? From Taiwan was very kind and I had a great conversation with her. She’s a hard worker, helpful, kind and if I would ever return I’d want to see her again.

Had a terrible stay there. There was a weird smell in the room and when we reached out to staff, no actions were taken. Pool was dirty. Breakfast tables were sticky and stinky. I wish I could have chosen another place and not waste my money here. I left the hotel one day before due to these issues even if I had paid already. Never choosing Hampton Inn again.

Amazing stay! Margo and Karolin were SO helpful with all of our questions. EXCELLENT service from both of them! They both went above and beyound! Housekeeping staff were EXCELLENT! We did not have them clean our room every day (because we were hardly in it), but they were always there if I needed new towels, wash clothes. And other necessities! EXCELLENT stay!

The staff at your hotel are literally the nicest people I have ever come across, Kindness is contagious and you have a major outbreak of it at your hotel in Niceville. Oh wait maybe it's the whole town!! NICE!!!

The property was clean, quiet, and in close proximity to airport and surrounding beaches. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. Niceville is a beautiful town.

The room was clean but thr carpet felt sticky. The staff was really nice, specially the lady at the breakfast bar. She was really nice an attentive. Overall a good experience.

We felt so welcomed. We traveled for a funeral and Karolyn always checked in on us and took the time to make sure we were ok. 5 star stay! We will be staying here on our next trip!

Room was ok but tight. Charger connection next to bed was broken. Bed was comfortable. Ac was on cold even though it was in the 40s.

The staff was nice but the room was not so great. Looked nice and clean but overwhelming scent ? air freshener or fabric softener. Also the rooms are not very quiet. whoever was above us was very noisy walking heavy (clop,clop,clop) all night until 300 am then again at 630. Poor night sleep.

Great hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was really good too. They really take care of their clients. My room unfortunately had an ax that wasn’t working at its best. It kept turning off and the thermostat was set to 65 before I even checked in and it never got cold enough. I only got couple of holes sleep because I was too hot.

This hotel was disgraceful. The rooms were extra small, extra dark;no lighting, stinky, dirty, moldy, sticky and grotesque. The carpet was sooo stinky, sticky and wet feeling. The beds were lumpy sheets dirty and wet feeling. The air from the AC is stinky. The bathroom was moldy and old. The bathroom has a old as dirt soaking tub with a nasty shower curtain. The tub is brown with dirt. The shower head disgraceful. No cleaning services, no towels, no tissue, or nothing quest need. The room was dusty. The carpet smelled like wet stinky dog. Disgraceful. Room rates are extremely higher than 5 star hotel prices. Do not stay at this hotel.
