Great stay for a weekend with the family. The activities they put together were perfect for our toddler. The pool was nice and the arcade was a good idea but most of the machines didn’t work. Our room was nice but definitely a tight squeeze. A lot of the hotel felt like it needed a good cleaning. Overall our stay was fine.

Could not get internet and was given an internet help desk phone number by the front desk. The # was for a foreign help desk that asked so many personal questions I finally had to hang up. So, the entire trip, I had no internet on my laptop. It took me a day to figure out how to get out of the building and I only found the lobby while checking out. That said, the location is perfect, and they had a really nice gym and spa. The staff was also very friendly and check in and out was easy.

I found the room for what I payed way overpriced. My room looked like it hasn’t been upgraded in 20 years. There is no in room dining. There is no help to you room. For the price I found your hotel very old.

We came to Westgate Resort and Spa to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our stay in the Villa has been exceptional! Helpful, courteous and professional staff. Facials at the Spa were amazing. Rose was my esthetician. I give her a 10 out of 10. Spa is tranquil and serene, staff is so kind and courteous! We had dinner at The Edge steakhouse which is connected to the Resort. James was our waiter and his staff was incredible! Beautiful ambiance, attentive staff and incredible food. The Chef is top notch! Such a creative menu of dishes that perfectly complemented each other! We will definitely be back. 💕👍😊

This was the WORST "hotel" I've EVER stayed in and I've travelled the world for the past 40 years! It's a maze to find the room walking through hallways & taking multiple elevators to reach the room. The room was not ready & the dishwasher was halfway into the room with trash everywhere. I say "hotel" because they don't service your room - no cleaning - no making the bed - no picking up the trash - nothing! Staff are moving trash & disgusting yellow liquid in large roller bins in the limited space of a regular elevator. One team member told me he was transporting 340 boxes -- like I care! It was a pathetic excuse for a hotel ... it felt like a 3rd world country.

Nothing in our room worked... the toilet wouldn't flush, the air conditioner was broken. We asked to switch rooms but they were completely booked. We had to use the public restrooms in the lobby... not great.

The room was dated and the king sized bed was more like a full. The staff at the front desk were very rude checking and did not acknowledge me for some time when checking in. I also called the front desk several times with no answer. Hours for the market were listed as 8 am to 6 pm. When I called the market extension there was no answer, however there was a recording stating it was open until 8 pm. The market was closed when we tried to go both times at 2 pm and 5 pm. The only reason I would consider going back is the Edge steakhouse, the food along with the staff at the steakhouse are exceptional

We were moved from the room we booked in the app. When we complained to management, they said they don’t even offer that room, but the pictures were in the app. Not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or of the Hotels.com app. So features we expected from the room were not there. Disappointing. The room we were switched to has a ground level view of the parking garage entrance. Also disappointing as that was another selling point on booking the hotel and room we did was for the Mountain View’s of park city. There were also some amenities that were not working when we went to use them. Overall kind of a bummer stay.

This was a great place to spend the weekend with our family. We stayed in the two bedroom unit. It was nice. We enjoyed the steam showers in the bathrooms. The condition of the resort could use some love. We wanted to play pickleball but the only set of racquets they had to lend out were completely broken and unusable. It was sad because my husband really loves pickleball and was looking forward to playing for his birthday weekend. They could definitely do some upgrades and maintenance, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing long weekend getaway at a beautiful resort! The service was amazing as well as the food from the restaurants. The pools were awesome and the kids had a great time in the arcade.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The king suite was very nice and clean. There is lots of different options inside the resort that you truly don’t have to actually leave the resort for any reason everything is right there as far as dinning options, things to do for entertainment/activities for all ages, there is even a great little grocery store with a variety of choices. We just can’t wait to come back.

Once in the property, it would take us 15-20 minutes and three separate elevators to get to our room. With a baby, this was really not ideal. Multiple amenities were closed for maintenance while we were there. It took us over 6 hours the first day to get the crib we had ordered for the room.

We are a family of 5 and we had an absolutely lovely stay this past weekend at west gate. We booked a 1 bedroom luxury condo. The unit looked like it was updated recently. It was very modern, looked new and was very luxurious. Everything was very convenient wrto the ski rentals which is located inside the resort, the ski valet and the ski school which is few steps away. They do not do room service and I had requested them to clean just our bathroom midstay and they obliged. Overall the service was fantastic. The burger bar in the resort is great and it had complimentary valet parking. The convenience and the service of this place seemed above and beyond and we plan to stay here when we return. I was very nervous because of the mixed reviews about this place on trip advisor, and I probably would have been unhappy too if I had gotten an older looking unit. We perhaps lucked out with our modern udpated unit.

Nice hotel over all, the location to the mountain is hard to beat. If you have kids in ski school, just walk out the back door, head right and you’re there! Hot tubs and pools are great, the only thing that was annoying was the multiple elevators you have to take to get around the property but I would definitely stay there again.

Customer service was spotty. No one spoke English well. Front desk could not tell us where to park our car, we were directed to "customer service" desk for that info. No one told us we had to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance.The phone in our room did not work so they sent someone to fix it. They left us a note saying they worked. We got a dial tone but still could not dial out to the front desk or housekeeping. The building itself was a confusing convoluted labyrinth that was impossible to maneuver from one floor to the next. Our room was on the fifth floor, but we were told we had to go up to the 7th floor and then down to the forth floor to the parking garage. The whole building made no sense!

Our unit was "newly remodeled", and it was very noticeable that it was a DIY project. Not to mention there was dust all over our room from the remodel. Not a great experience.
