Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. There are three things that in my opinion would improve the room: a) comfortable chair to sit in b) a desk that was not the same height as the TV shelf (way too high for a usable desk), and c) if the shower had a hand-shower option.

The property is certainly well maintained. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Very nice surroundings. All around good value for the money. I often stayed next door at the Best Western but their rates get crazy in the warm weather. Will continue to use them when in Niantic.
