Not only was the bed very uncomfortable but the room although non smocking smelled of cigarettes smoke from the bathroom. Will not recommend you spend $100 on this place!

The room itself was great. Unfortunately they have a no pet policy which we were not informed of. Tried to book a 2nd night and was denied for that reason. Would have like to have been told beforehand

Attended a show at the Goodspeed and was looking for an inexpensive place to stay overnight. Very easy access from highway. Nice pasta/pizza place right next door. Smooth check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very thin towels and could’ve used a few more. Bathroom door creaked every time you opened it. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

We have stayed there before and it is convenient to shopping outlets. This time we had trouble getting checked. First battery was dead in room key reader so had to walk back downstairs and given new keys for room next door which opened up to someone in the room. Walk back downstairs, get keys to third room. They have coffee pot in room, but no cups. No hair dryer but hole in bathroom wall where it used to be. Lights flickered on and off. TV had a lousy picture and buffered. This time we stayed on the side of the hotel next to railroad tracks and they ran most of the night. This may be our last time staying there…

We booked this hotel because they offered a free breakfast. THEY DO NOT!!! That’s false advertising. We had an old shopping cart, containing a toilet cleaning brush and a broken desk chair outside our window. The closet contained dried out paint rollers, brushes, drop cloth, paint tray and paint! There was also an ironing board with a filthy cover. The mirror trim in the bathroom was partly missing. Very tired place. Don’t stay there!

Place was decent and simple and clean. I let the front desk know about a late check-in after seeing a concert in Mohegan Sun and we were coming from out of state and going straight to the concert. They accommodated us for late checking in and it worked out, but still was strange that no one will be at front desk after a certain time, especially for those coming from out of state. The place was easy to find and the surroundings seemed safe and quiet. There's many shops and eateries around the hotel. Hotel room is accessible from the outside. There had to be security cameras around. Needs new carpeting and upkeep for the outside hallways and steps, it looked old. Other than that, hotel room was decent and simple. It was clean, except some little hairs in bathtub; still remarkably clean. Towels are thin. No breakfast was served, only coffee. Breakfast was discontinued last year as per front desk. Expedia needs to update again about their “breakfast included” advertising (this is the 2nd time with Expedia of their outdated info). We did find good breakfast/brunch at the Parthenon Diner two miles away. Front office is always locked, but someone can help you by pushing the front button, or calling the main number. Bea (front desk staff/owner?) was very nice and attended to our needs. Thank you for the comfortable one night stay!

The room we stayed in looks like it was recently updated. The room was clean. The main issue was it is said it included breakfast, but that was not the case. The reason i choose it was for the breakfast. Now that i know that im more than likely not going to stay there again.

An older motel but expected for a shore/beach area. Staff very pleasant. Room decorated nicely but bed frames were tall. Would be hard for a shorter person to get on the beds. Priced right and convenient if you do not want all the amenities larger franchises own. I would stay there again.

We stay last night at this hotel 9/23 for overnight stay. We didn’t sleep at all due to multiple BED BUGS in both Bed. Also it’s free breakfast on your website but come to find out there is no breakfast. I’m going to call my credit card provider to dispute this charge.

Clean and accommodating staff except for Saturday checkout. No one in office, door locked. Also the outside pool was covered and unusable.

My stay was fine and the king bed was very comfortable, although there wasn't a great selection of TV shows. There was a password protected internet access. But the pool wasn't open as it used to be several years ago and there was no continental breakfast as there used to be, which I really missed. Moreover, the desk clerk told me that there would be breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 am, but this wasn't so. Lastly, although the desk clerk was very friendly, I am worried that I was charged twice for my stay, once before I arrived possibly by hotels.com and then again when I arrived, even after I explained my credit card had already been charged. I hope that the first was only a pending charge but I have no way to check until I return home.

My only complaint is that they list that they have a pool but with no pictures. My own fault that i assumed that they actually had a working one. It’s an outdoor poor that was closed. The kids were upset. Other than that the room was clean, albeit a bit small, and the front desk was very friendly.

Railroad line right next to property with rumbling trains all night. Highway next to property truck noise all night. Broken lamp, broken microwave, bloody hand prints on the desk, bathroom doorframe. Top sheet was full of stains looked like bodily fluids. Homeless man with his dog sleeping in his car outside our room. Waiting to see if the motel Refunds half the cost of the room as promised. I’m betting not.

The woman at the desk was fabulous—welcoming, helpful, engaged and kind. That was the last good thing. Toilet had a dirty ring inside, tv was full of static and unwatchabl, amenities unpleasant, etc. Bed was fine. And because it was Thanksgiving, price was double the normal rate so we paid $200 for a Rm that should have cost 80. Maximum.

Many rooms with utility workers limited parking due to their trucks. Room smelled like smoke. TV picture was not clear. No attendant at desk in the morning for check out.

First off this is a Super 8, but a very nice one. Set your expectations accordingly. Motel vibe where you open the door to outside, but safe area. Clean room, simple amenities, nothing special, but very affordable. We stayed 1 night for a wedding at a very fancy place down the street. Paid $80 here vs $300 at the wedding venue. Happy we stayed here worked out great!

The employees were nice. That’s it. The room was dirty. The toiletries were dusty. The floor was layered with black dirt from the sealed parking lot. And to boot I couldn’t have my corgi. As dirty as this place is, dogs should be allowed. Just sayin’

The place is old but has been refurbished. Overall, it was relatively clean. Unfortunately, the sink had not been wiped clean, so that was a total gross-out. Light bulbs in the main lamp did not work. The TV was not connected to the cable. I was not able to get the remote to work and the desk staff coud not help. The beds were very comfortable though.
