The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep on in my life. It was worse than a pull out sofa bed, seriously! Could not sleep a wink all night. To start with, I was assigned a room that someone else was already in. When we got our room, it wasn’t clean at all. Easily the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Check in was not friendly, they were grown men lined up against the wall standing everywhere, which made the vibe feel rapey, the room was completely disgusting and things were broken/torn off the walls. Asked for non smoking due to have an infant & 2 other children, was given a smoking room. Very scary place.

Should’ve known better than to trust a Super 8. The key didn’t work to our first room and with it not working we realized half the door frame wasn’t attached to the wall, it just moved in with the door, like it had been kicked in. Our second room was “smoking free” but reeked of smoke. The bathroom door had a handle but no inner tumbler so it didn’t close. There were dead bugs all over the floor but if there’s a glimmer of light in this trip…… at least there weren’t bed bugs. -12 out of 10 overall

Came into town for the football game and spent $190 for a disgusting room. Many holes in the walls. There were disgusting messes on the walls. It honestly looked like they gave us a room under repair. Don't stay in room 220. Do not stay here.

Staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean but run down. Sheets and towels were thin and worn down. It was a football weekend so not enough rooms but not worth $250

Absolutely terrible hotel. The outside door handle was hanging by a thread and we barely got in but that didn’t matter since there was no way we were staying anyway. The fridge had hair in it. The dirty blankets had holes in them one of the holes was about 3” The 5/10 on Expedia was grossly overrated.

TERRIBLE! Hotels.com says "dog friendly" DOES NOT HAVE FEES!!!! I will never use hotels.com again. LIST YOUR FRES. The dog fee was more than the room, and i didnt know until i got there. THEY SHOULD PAY ME A FEE. Thats terrible. Then, mexican loud music and drinking alcohol at my door. I didnt feel safe until i was inside with the door locked. The manager could have managed the other customers. AWEFUL

Terrible experience. The person at front deak was rude since the momwnt we ask for our reservations. The rooms wereserved were not available and needes to change to other rooms that were not clean at all. It was disgusting as rooms were all dirty and even clothes from other people.

The property they show on their advertising is not the same property. The bedding had cigarette burned holes in it in all the bedding. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We paid $230 for the room because it was TTU graduation night. The room numbers are falling off the doors. The lobby stinks like curry. It was bare minimum at the most. It was fairy clean.

If you expect a cheap rundown hotel you may be satisfied. I would have been fine with that, but it also has the added bonus of shady tenants hanging around and making noise morning and night. Not a good night’s sleep.

some kind of chunky stain on the bedspread, the blanket under it was older than me, used toiletries in the shower, toilet paper was almost empty, no coffee for the coffee pot, the lock on the door never worked just overall a dump -whoever left the good reviews that caused me to choose this motel should have their heads examined!

Worst room ever. Sheets where discusting and not washed at all. Looking at the floors who knows last time they have been mopped. Pillows had dirt on then and coffee maker was here with no coffee barley any towels. Mattress so hard my hips hurt. Not impressed. Now I know why it was a good deal.

Big college event in Lubbock. Our regular hotel was booked. I understand this is a low star hotel, but to be charged $200 a night, I didn't expect to have to ask for enough towels for how many I put were in room, wal mart bag for trash cans, and the room was not even tidied up. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard. Staff nice, but hotel was not.

The check in was horrid! The front desk was rude! We were questioned about our vehicle, our trip… the blankets had cigarette holes in it, super thin and cheap! The ac was dirty and dusty, the towels were unfolded as if they were used. Nasty nasty! The cable wasn’t working…the worst experience! We left at 4am we hated it so much we preferred to continue our trip!

Check-in did not go well. The door was locked at 5 p.m, and no one answered the door for ten minutes. Finally, the clerk answered the door, and was able to check me in.

Better than we expected for the price and based on previous reviews. The room was clean even if the furniture was a mismatch of primarily utilitarian items. The beds were comfortable- fluffy pillows and a pillow top cover on the mattress. The air conditioning unit worked well and really kept the room cool despite the 100 degree cloudless weekend. Greatly appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker… bring your own grounds though! We just bought a small can of coffee grounds at the gas station right across the way. It is a noisy-ish area with a fair amount of traffic, but not unsafe. Plus it’s very near the original Pancake House restaurant - highly recommended!

My room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. It didn't even have toilet paper. I was so tired from traveling that I didn't bother to ask to change rooms or even get TP.

Customer's really need to learn how to park and stop being selfish and park in one parking space. Told front desk lady at night time all she said was park at the side of the building 😒. Not enough parking spaces.

Was not clean, toilet has tissue and dirty water in it, the lock on the entrance door didn’t lock, the door would not latch shut. No shampoo or soap.one towel thrown onto shelf, Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. It was late when I got there but staff was very short & seemed asleep. (Not a big deal) won’t be back to that location. Unfortunately, since it was late and I was tired, I did. It care about the door not closing much less taking pictures of the room. I try not to make a big deal out of these things, finding good help right now is hard to do!

The room was filthy, the bedding was dirty, electrical boxes were hanging out of the wall and the door was broken. Will never stay here again. I have never stayed anywhere more rundown and nasty and I have stayed at some shady places in 3rd world countries.

When I made the reservation the same day I called to make sure that I would get a disabled room or a room that was downstairs I told her my grandson was in a wheelchair when we get there they have gave us a upstairs so she said she didn't have one available so she said she would refund my money back so I am expecting it back
