Dirt on plug covers bathroom clean but poor tile grout job. Couch cushions didn’t fit.

I had the king suite. The bed was horrible. It was on a metal frame and the base of the bed is like a tin or metal and you barley touch it, it makes a loud bang. The bed sinks in the middle. My husband and up woke up with horrible back and neck pain. All the beds are on metal frames. The beds and TV are outdated.

My stay was very good, everything about my stay except for the beds was good. The beds were very uncomfortable and made my back ache worse than it normally does. The room and amenities were great, the breakfast, the pool, very clean hotel. I just could not sleep good on the beds. Very uncomfortable and cheap I feel. I would still recommend this hotel anyway.

stay was nice. The room remodel left unfinished edges where the tile meet the vinyl floor in 2 locations. Had the same scenario in a room I rented the previous week. The room was clean and I would be a return customer with my future stays. I would ask for some type of seating outside. I personally enjoy sitting outside in my down time and love the view of the mountains

We've stayed here a few times over the years, but its been a while. The floors have been updated from carpet to hard. Usually thats a good thing, but here it just made everything echo so badly! We booked a king suite. The room was clean, but it was obvious there had been water damage from the room above us, and it wasn't patched up well. The bed though, was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. It was on a metal frame that shrieked with any slight movement! The mattress was also worn down in the middle. We had a good laugh about it, because what else do you do? But it was really bad. The first night there was a dog somewhere close to us, and every time either of us moved, the bed shrieked and the dog barked. Overall, it was fine. The hotel wasn't our destination, it was just a place to sleep.

The room was gross. The floors turned feet and socks black. Mold was growing in shower. The pool was even more disgusting. The hot tub was murky and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The tiny elevator was questionable whether it was going to stop working at any moment. Will never stay again.

Stayed here for two nights and it was okay. I picked this hotel because of the price and the fact that it had a 24 hour gym. The gym was not 24 hours, but no one stopped me from going in early in the morning. The equipment was a little beat up - cable machine has seen better days. You can tell that the hotel had a fast and sloppy remodel. The paint, drywall patches, and finishes are done poorly. A room that’s supposed to be the ice machine and vending has been turned into a storage closet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the room overall was dirty. It had been cleaned, but the attention to detail wasn’t there. There was toothpaste on the wall above the sink, the remote was dirty, and I didn’t even take a shower because of how dingy it looked. To be fair, it wasn’t enough of an issue for me to asked to be moved and I kept noticing things as I was in the room longer - I didn’t walk in and immediately see all this. The hotel also recently had an issue with someone on meth partially flood the first and second floors, it’s in the news, google it. Overall, I won’t be back despite constantly being in the area.

The quality of the hotel was a little less than expected. It seemed a little more run down than the pictures. Despite the staffs help we didn't have a working TV the 2 nights we stayed. The hottub was so hot it wasn't bearable to get in. The breakfast was fine. Same menu both days we were there.

Went to a family get together WHEN WE GOT TO OUR ROOM ITeas nice and quiet and clean with a view. We cgot to sit by the window and enjoy the night view. Very clean and peaceful.

It was terrible! When I got there the heater wasn’t on so I went to turn it on. I had to mess with the trip breaker on the outlet for a few minutes to get it to stay on. I thought about calling down but I’m not a complainer (I’ve worked customer service my whole life) so I figured I got it going it wasn’t a big deal. It quit working in the middle of the night & we couldn’t get it going again. The shower head had no pressure, the sink honestly had more pressure. The beds were on springs & were so loud. But I’m more upset about the heater & shower. I talked to the front desk as I was leaving & all she said was “I’m sorry”

Hotel is OK- room needed repairs- TP holder coming off of wall, tissue stuck in the peek hole in door, remote needed new batteries. Bed was fine, it was clean enough. Jacuzzi is tiny- like 4 people could actually sit in it- the board on the wall says it is for three people. When I went in, i was alone and soon I had 10 other people joining me including their children who wouldn't get in the pool because it was freezing. Needless to say, I left.

This property was much better than it was rated! Large room! Offered many condiments ! Hit breakfast plus a pretty good variety of food & drinks offered! Much more than we expected,!! Will totally come back to this one in a heartbeat!! Friendly staff! Great atmosphere!! Love it!!

Bed were very uncomfortable, room was ok, but had an uneven floor causing the bathroom door to scrape. Breakfast was horrible. The coffee tasted bad and the food tasted old. I had breakfast at 7am. Staff was nice enough.

Not a bad hotel. Could use another entrance, it was a bit hard at times when people are going both ways around all the parked cars. The breakfast was meek, nothing looked appealing and there were not many choices. Room was nice, although i would suggest putting something in the bathrooms so guests can hang up towels!

They had a terrible metal bed base that I was afraid to move, it was so loud I thought the bed was going to break. Worst night I have ever had. You can also tell inflation is affecting the quality of breakfast.

The jacuzzi tub in the suite was very nice but the metal around the bed made it really noisy when turning side to side while sleeping.

I have stayed with this hotel several times in the past, and the family that runs it is great along with the staff. It's quiet and clean, and also very comfortable. Breakfast is really good there, and they are very accommodating if any issues should come up. Overall I'd say pick this if you are coming thru on travel or need a place to stay.

Hard floors in hotels are kinda noisy for the people below you. The rooms and furnishings were nice enough but our suite didn't have any towels(Jacuzzi suite)and I had to find housekeeping on a different floor, the pool seemed to be closed, vending machines were all empty or out of order(just get rid of them), and I woke up the front desk night guy at the end of his shift because the coffee pot brewing in the breakfast area did not have any cups and I did not see that there was another station in the lobby. The young woman working the desk in the day was very nice helpful and informative. Short of the Jacuzzi suite I don't think I would ever stay here again.

This was our first stay at your hotel. The staff was amazing when we checked in and the front desk guy in the morning was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable and clean. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and the entire experience.

This place was a total hole and definitely not worth the price. The beds are on a metal platform which makes noise every time you move. And the metal bed skirt is too close to the edge so it gets kicked all the time and makes a loud gong sound waking people up. The bathroom ceiling was disgusting and even had a hair on it that no one has ever cleaned. Disgusting!!!!
