Staff is very rude, bed had pee stains, was not clean at all.. front desk they need better training on how to give customer service morning staff was so rude and mean I wouldn’t recommend this area

For the price it was great. I have to have a balcony or windows that open so their balcony mountain view suite was so much less than other hotels it was fine. Sure the carpet and sofas need to be replaced but for the price it was fine...spacious! Steps away from Whole Foods and awesome coffee at Cafe Typica!! I walked to Cherry Creek everyday to workout at different pilates studios and shopping. Dispensaries everywhere! Crave and Barnes and Noble nearby too! I didn't eat the breakfast or drink the coffee because I am ultra particular about what I consume but noticed a lot of people seemed to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The front desk crew were super awesome and friendly. I read other reviews about toilets backing up and so I was preventative and bought a plunger for the room prior. Toilets were definitely sensitive to the smallest amount of toilet paper. BYOP (bring your own plunger) LOL!!!

Nice hotel in a quiet location. It's older but it was clean and updated. Beds were comfy and the staff was super nice. Breakfast was good.

I just stayed here for a week, and would recommend this hotel to anybody. The room I was in wasn’t anything special but nice and clean and well kept. The staff are what made this hotel for me. Staff and service were 12/10. If you’re lucky you’ll get Doug at the front desk, give that guy a raise! The breakfast is better than most hotel included breakfasts in my opinion. Great lobby area to relax. Fair priced. Pool and hotel were nice as well.

This hotel is in a great location and they don’t charge as much for parking as other hotels in the area. It’s quiet, too. They were short-staffed and couldn’t do housekeeping one day but other than that it was great.

It serves its purpose, it's kind of an older facility even though it's pretty clean. I am grateful that the room had a microwave which was very handy for me. It comes with breakfast which was helpful to help start the day right.

We enjoyed our stay here and had a great time with the indoor pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, staff came into our room while we were in there before we had even checked and before required checkout time, making us feel very uncomfortable. The breakfast is what you’d expect from a continental breakfast, not the greatest but there were options. Overall we were satisfied here, but would prefer staff not open guest room doors until after checkout window, or knock first.

My stay was for one night and I was attending a conference close by. The staff were all nice. The person that checked me in was fast and helpful with the parking ($5.00 fee) pass. The room itself was pretty worn down. The carpet was super worn down and the towels were a little rough. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was your usual continental breakfast with some hot items and a variety of yogurt, bread, juice, etc. I would stay here again for the convenient location and reasonable cost.

- The night manager named tiff, or Trish was very reluctant to even help me get some pillows during the night. Made me feel like a nuisance for asking. She was very mean. Worst customer service. Everyone else was alright. - is the fan in the bathroom meant to work? Because there was no bathroom fan - the plumbing was backed up in both rooms we tried. The sink wouldn't drain and the toilet would slowly bring up what was flushed after flushing it. -I cut myself on the shower rod that was broken and very sharp in our first room. - Was kept up at night by the noises from the elevator, ice machine and the house keeping. We booked this weeks ago yet were put in such a noisy room with all of that stuff located right outside our room. had to ask two separate people before they actually changed our room. The first lady I asked, told me it would be done in the next couple hours. That was at noon. The next person I asked was at 8 PM. In the second room, the door in the bathroom wouldn’t fully open because it hit up against the toilet. Rooms both smelled bad like smelly feet. Wifi was sub par. 12 mbps for free and 24 when paying $5 a day. Would never stay again after all of this.

HORRIFIC. My wife wanted to take a shower and the tub drain was clogged and full of hair that backed up into the tub. Absolutely no apology from the creature at the front desk other than to say she'd notify maintenance...without even making eye contact. I wont set foot in there ever again.

I made reservation on Orbitz and only got 1/2 the usual hotel points. Our window was broken so no lock on it. Otherwise breakfast was great and hotel very clean. Neighborhood was convenient and safe.

The idiots working there are exhausting... #1 i was charged $55 every day i stayed,when i was told it was $50.they just decided not to tell.me id be charged for pa4king my car in a totally unsecured terrible part of town.then on top of the theft,ive had to spend half the mornings calling to get them to release my 150 worth of depostits .only to have some lacky tell.me it would be 3 to five businesses days...well that might work for stupid people but i know better .nothing taked 3 to 5 business days unless yiure mailing it!!

Lovely and well kept. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Located about 20 min to Downtown Denver. Breakfast was classic hotel hot breakfast, but done right. Eggs were delicious and not overcooked as was the sausage. One tiny ding in that they had forgotten the extra pillows we requested, but once I called down and asked for them again, they were delivered promptly.

Good location and shopping. No exhaust fan in bathroom (very bad for two people). Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. No room coffee available at the front desk.
