Never leftva review before but feel the need to compliment the lovely lady on reception. A gorgeous smile on arrival, friendly, helpful, sexy and drop dead gorgeous. I would stay here again just yo see her.

Despite it being a non-smoking room, the stench of cigarette smoke permeated every nook and cranny of the space. To get some air circulation I turned on the fan, which rattled so loudly I feared it might shimmy itself off the wall. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the (friendly enough) front desk agent had placed me in between two other occupied rooms. All night they kept going back and forth and knocking on each others’ doors, which would invariably wake the large dog staying in one of the rooms. I would have called the front desk but the phone was broken, and the door lock was also not functioning, save for the chain. Thanks for the fitful 4 hours I eventually got, former Econolodge (which is what the sign still says…maybe it no longer met the standards as a franchise?). This was definitely top 5 in my worst stays. Shame on the owner. Resist the urge to save your money and leave this place to the criminal element.

All in all the experience was great in every way for a lower budget motel. It was as good as any Ive stayed in, and maybe the best for easy parking, courteous reception, clean and quiet. My only problem was there wasnt cold water in the plumbing so I couldn't get the shower cool enough to tolerate. I reported it to the office and am curious to find out if they fixed the problem.

After driving around unable to find The Inn at Lake Washington (there’s a huge sign visible from Hwy 405 & the road saying it’s a Comfort Inn. Apparently it was renamed by the new management showing a little sign with the current name at the main drive up entry.
Not even a glass in the room to take a pill with.
There is a portable refrigerator & microwave in the room. I like the hearing system so I can regulate the temperature.

Staff was very friendly. The only mishap I had was being locked out of my room for 45 minutes because my cards wouldn’t work and the staffs cards wouldn’t work. They think it was the battery for the door. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet.

Someone was using a leaf blower at 2 a.m. room near us was playing loud music until 3 a.m couldnt get any sleep after a long flight from Tokyo.

They gave our reserved room away and when asked why, the girl working the counter was rude. We asked her where the room was and she told us to go around back. So we drove all the way around to the back and it wasn’t there. Come to find out it was in the same parking area we started in and just across the courtyard from the office. Thinking possibly she was not lgbtq friendly! She gave us a room that was falling apart. The bathtub was cracked and had been painted over. The paint was also cracked and peeling off in many spots. Table was so wobbly you couldn’t put anything on it. Just an overall bad experience. I drove nearly 5 hours for a dr appointment in the morning so we just dealt with it and went to sleep.

I needed something that was close enough to SeaTac so I could get some rest before continuing on with my rental car. I was pleased that they accommodated a VERY late check-in, about 2 am. Parking was close to the room, the room was clean and comfortable. One plus was how convenient it was from I-405, which could also be a negative because it is really close. I was too tired to notice. I slept for a few hours then I was off and down the road. I am grateful to find such a nice place for a very reasonable price.

This property is kind of run down. Roach trap found behind the toilet with a roach in it… rooms very noisy with heater so loud I didn’t sleep at all. I had to leaven to the people next door singing/screaming rap songs and pounding on things all night.

Really nice staff, so thankful for the last minute stay which they made it helpful. Bath tub needs major fixing. Other than that, simple room, quiet, couple food places just walking distance.

On check-in, Tasha was talking with a very inebriated guest. His luggage had been knocked over in a wait area where there was a camera. He said he did not think anything was missing but wanted to see video coverage. Tasha and her manager could not accommidate him right then as he insisted. As he moved his bags to his room, he was dropping money and cords. Staff pointed it out to him but he was oblivious. Tasha's skill talking with him, staying calm, avoiding conflict was amazing. With my 30+ years as a mental health professional, I cannot recall a time I have observed anyone do a better job deescalating a possible conflict. As a single female traveler, I felt Tasha and Princess made a special effort to ensure I found my room location to feel safe.

I hope been to quite a number of hotels and Resorts and, the level of service is off the charts. I highly recommend this 👌 Econolodge to anyone and everyone.

We were all set check in when I received a text message saying the hotel had cancelled my reservation for the weekend. This is a weekend when they were lots of events happening in Seattle with limited hotel rooms. I have two young children and being put on the street for the night was not a great experience. The additional cost to our vacation having last minute hotels was unexpected and put a dent in our holiday budget. I cannot believe that they did not even have the decency to phone and speak to me before cancelling. Sending me a text message to say they could no longer accommodate us is not adequate customer service. It then took us 40 minutes to get through to speak to a customer representative who told us they could not do anything about it anymore and to contact Expedia.
Unless they sort out their customer service I cannot recommend this hotel if you need a reliable place to stay.

Kinda old, tired, and run down :(

This place was super sketchy. There's major freeway construction right across the street, so at 11PM, we were serenaded by a chorus of jackhammers and cranes. The employee at the front desk when we checked in was unconcerned with a damaged security camera we pointed out; the units looked ok from the outside (except the pool- the water resembled tea), not in total disrepair, but the room itself was icky. Our bedsheets and shower had hair in them, there was no soap, the curtains wouldn't stay totally closed, the sink was dirty, the shower didn't drain; it generally did not look like anyone had cleaned after the last guest and just called it good after making the bed. When we checked out at 4AM (that was literally all we could handle of our stay) the morning front desk staff, who was actually polite, admitted this was an unfortunately regular occurence. However, they offered nothing to make it right and I can't even expect my security deposit back for 10 days.
Oh, but the bedbug trap was empty and the bed was clear of them. And our car was still there in the morning. So... at least there's that.

It wasn't a great experience. We arrived late and were sent to a room that was under construction. Then to a room with no fridge. We finally got a room but had trouble getting an extra blanket even though we booked for five people.
But I still give a good overall rating because of the morning staff's willingness to ask us how our night was and make things up to us.

they understood my situation and stuff, the place was actually really clean, no bugs no none of that, the ac had hella dust in it but it was all good bc literally within 20 minutes of asking an employee, the maintenance man came hella fast and cleaned it out and fixed it for us because the when turning on the heater it had like a smell to it but it was all
good it was just a little old. 10/10 fr if we wanna be honest

It may not be called a Motel 6, but if you've ever stayed in one, you'll recognize that it's the exact same room design as the Inn at Lake Washington. They removed one of the queen beds so there was just a big empty space where the other bed used to be. Only 1 lamp in the room, so had to move one from the desk to the bedside table in evening and back to desk for light there. Just 2 simple pillows on the 1 bed. What you'd expect at a Motel 6, but not was I was expecting here.

Overall not bad. Mixed bag with the staff. Some are great, others are not. lots of construction going on right in front and the detour to get here is a bit convuluted. But great price for a decent place.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The room did not have a fresh clean smell. There were people outside sitting on the stairs, but they did allow us to go past.

Clean, very friendly staff, can't ask for anything more than that for the price. There is a bar across the road and if you're on the side facing it it can get a little loud.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed, but because of another last minute cancellation it was either here or our car. Chair had major stains and odour, bathroom needed cleaning. Pool looked nasty. Just overall icky.

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel!! We literally debated sleeping in our vehicle for the night (with 3 kids) but the bed was the only decent thing in the room. Our hotel room door and bathroom door had 1” gaps b/w the door and door frame (neither locked properly), mouse traps outside of rooms, carpet covered in unknown stains, broken fire alarm, broken phone, no batteries in TV remote, TV basically in black and white, no lamps, can’t adjust AC temp, terrible wifi, weird smell in room, unknown stains on bathroom walls, pool looked nasty, etc. The staff were friendly, the problem is with the owner/management. New owner also double booked several rooms.
