Loved this hotel. So many amenities. Cute rooms. Delicious breakfast! Great price for the area. Super historical.

The decor and vibe was impressive! The buffet breakfast was delicious! Will stay again if I had to. Only thing that concerns us was the main door was accessible past midnight. We arrived past 2am and nobody was at front desk and doors are open.

The Hotel and location are great. I didn’t knew they do not have air conditioning during spring time and room was hot. We had to open up the windows for some relief.
Also the parking is paid. 40$ a day.
I wished the website had clearly said it beforehand when we were booking.

We had an issue with our room and the gentleman on duty at midnight went above and beyond to move us and be sure we were good. And the breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend.

Charming place with lots of lovely gestures from staff to make us feel welcome. The room did not look like a hotel room but a perfect guest room in a New England home.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and linens. Loved the fridge. Excellent breakfast and wine hour. Also lived the treats with turndown. Cute and historic building. Parking on site. Will be back!

This is a quaint historic hotel in Kendall Square. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and very charming. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything's great in Kendall, only I couldn't do laundry here which caused a little inconvenience.

The hotel was nice.
Parking was $45 additional per night. The parking garage is in the basement below the hotel and is very tight. I’d recommend a small vehicle if you’re going to park here.
Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes with sour cream, salsa, and hot sauce available were the choices for hot breakfast during my 4 night stay.

Upon arrival there were bottles of water and complimentary snacks. Such a lovely restful place after our ride to the city.

Cute hotel in great location. Not really a "work" hotel, no desk in the room and no gym on premise. The hotel provides a pass to a CAC gym a few blocks away.

We loved staying here and definitely will be back. The service was wonderful, room was clean (also I loved the decor of the entire hotel), and I felt very safe in the nearby areas. Conveniently located close to the T which made it super easy and fast to get around. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was a wondeful stay and safe area to walk around. Lots of good places to eat even next door. The hotel is not a chain and was quiet. Both are good reasons to go there.

I commute to Cambridge each week and so have stayed at various hotels in the area. The location of the Kendall Hotel is ideal for getting to the Eastern part of the MIT campus. Very welcoming front desk staff and the housekeeping staff do a good job each day. It’s an old building that has been thoughtfully renovated. A very nice and filling breakfast buffet each morning. Great snacks in the room. My only suggested improvement is a better quality of toiletries.

A very cozy, stylish, and holiday-decor delightful stay. Amazing staff and one of a kind joyful vibe overall. Daily wine tasting for the guests in the evening adds a special classy touch. Will stay again)

This is a lovely historical hotel. It was clean, comfortable and we loved the fire station appeal as my father was a fire fighter. Nice daily breakfast.
It is a subway ride to downtown Boston which was fine for us.
Only complaint is for the expense you might think about including the car park.

We had a comfortable stay; location was convenient since we were visiting MIT. Breakfast was wholesome and the welcome package of nuts, cookies etc in the room was a welcome surprise ! The Kendall Square T station was also within a block for convenient travel locally !

We loved the goodies delivered to our room due to our extended stay. The service was excellent, and the hotel was cozy.
What we didn't like: we didn't feel safe since no card was required to access the building or the elevator. So, please, you need to enhance that.
The vending machines need to be upgraded, no credit card is accepted, and no more than 1 dollar bill.

Located next to redline T station, it is very convenient to go to everywhere. At the heart of MIT Kendall area, you step to MIT bookstore / cafes, Google, Broad Institution. Minutes to Charles River. The area is safe, clean, full of culture. Love my stay!

Our stay at Kendall was wonderful, they held our luggage while we went into the city as our rooms were not ready. We arrived from a cruise ship so it was quite early we had no expectations of room being available. The hotel is close to a T Station which is very important traveling Boston, the breakfast was delicious each morning and our room was comfortable and clean. Will stay here again and will recommend to others traveling in Boston.
