I arrived early in the day for an event. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. When I asked to store my bags, they were not only willing to check my bags; the general manager, Jared, said he could not only get me to my room, but I would also receive a complimentary room upgrade. While upgrades, if available, are policy. They were so kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with little details such as a corkscrew, white noise machine, water, electric teapot, and coffee machine. Extra water, coffee, tea, etc. are available in the hall in case you need more. Parking is also very convenient for Cambridge! On our date of departure, my friend and I wanted to stay a bit longer. Again, the desk worked with us so that one of us could attend a morning event while the other hung out and lingered. Finally, both on-site restaurants were excellent for our taste in food and offered many options for travelers with multiple food allergies.

The location was conveniently located near transit stops. There was also an H Mart and target walking distance if we needed anything. The room was clean and spacious for two adults. While we chose not to have regular housekeeping services during our stay, we did receive a letter explaining a disruption to normal operations and appreciate the communication.

I wish there were better lighting in the bathroom. In the day the natural lighting is perfect. But at night, the area by the mirror was pretty dim and the only light source were above the center of the bathroom and above the shower. It’s such a minor thing but while getting ready for the evening it was something we noted.

We had dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food was really good, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had lots of room.

I have no complaints.

The room was nice.

There was coffee in the lobby, both times I went to use the machine there was not milk and the staff did not get milk when asked.
