Some hotels are nice in the lobby but the rooms and eating areas are a disaster. Not the case with this great hotel. You won't be disappointed.

There isn't a single item that wasn't exceptional at this hotel. Everything was clean and secure, the breakfast was well done and delicious every morning, and the pool and hot tub area was awesome. The staff were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional. Parking was a breeze with cheap rates and an excellent lot. This hotel checks all of the boxes and is in a great location for experiencing Buffalo. 15/10.

Room was not ready at 6 pm. Popcorn on hallway floor for the entire weekend. Front desk was slow and could not give a reason why rooms weren't prepared 3 hours after check-in time. Breakfast was below average. Location was very good.

The room was nice and comfortable. I went to take a shower and the shower head had mold and another kind of bacteria that is pink called Serratia that thrives in damp places. They need to ckean the shower heads regularly. Pretty dusgusting.

Was first placed in a room right above a club, the sound was terrible. We were able to switch rooms after several calls.

I was not impressed that they failed to mention the pool is under construction and therefore not available for use! Also, the breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. They advertise several restaurants on site, we didn't see one. I will say when I asked the assistant at the desk about recommendations for food her coworker came from another office and gave us several options!

During our stay, a winter storm hit the area and a travel ban was put in place by the state of New York. When we asked the hotel staff if we could stay extend our stay based on not being able to travel, we were told they could extend our stay for one night for the price of $700! When we asked them how they can price gouge like that based on the winter storm and the travel ban they blamed it on the bills game! Absolute disregard for their customers and their safety! My only recommendation would be to have some sort of identification for the housekeeping staff as they don’t wear a uniform. So when someone in plain clothes comes a knocking it makes their legitimacy a little questionable. Very friendly snd helpful staff!

Terrible parking policy! $15 per night plus tax! They did not advise when checked in and I asked what incidentals they would charge and not a word on parking fees! Terrible surprise! I called to discuss the the person answering said it was their policy and I should have known because it is on their website! Website states parking is available No where does it state charge or $15 per night!

Upon arrival, we were given the keys to room 210, which we found out faces on to Chippewa St. We were unable to sleep at all from 9 pm to well after 3 am, due to the loud, window shaking, room vibrating noise from a night club on the corner. We then had to pack & change rooms the next day, or we would have gotten no sleep at all. Overall, it was a terrible, unpleasant stay that I feel we should be compensated for.

Typical Hotel stay but the room was clean and bed extra comfortable, extra security built into this hotel as you need your card to even use in the elevator.. Staff is ultra accommodating.. Will definitely stay there again..

Arrived at the hotel at around 3:45, check in begins at 3, so we thought it was OK. Our room was not ready until 4:30. The front desk folks were very kind and apologetic. Just felt it was unfair to housekeeping to have them working on so many rooms in a time crunch which affected guests as well. Seems they were overburdened with rooms and work.

I don't know what was going on, but there must be a venue nearby. Our room was busting with bass and loud music until after midnight each night. Probably great if you're involved in the festivities, but awful if you need rest and relaxation or have small children. Leaving exhausted from a vacation that was meant to refresh me!

We got to the hotel at 6pm, with a 3pm check in time and our room wasn’t ready. There were multiple other people in the lobby all waiting to check in as well. The front desk couldn’t tell us when the room would be ready, so we went to a bar and came back an hour later and it was ready. The concierge was nice enough to give us free parking for the trouble, but 4 hours past check in time is unbelievable. We also could not sleep at all. You can hear everything going on outside. From cars to karaoke, there was nothing to alleviate the noise. A white noise machine and ear plugs might have helped, but I would just not stay here again.

I expected higher quality from a Hilton property. It turned out to be just another hotel, nothing special. Instead, delayed service, rooms not ready, short in amenities, expensive parking. There is a bar/disco/business in the first floor playing very loud music until 3 am, and rooms are not noise-isolated at all. In short, I will never spend my money in hilton properties.
