Went for a family event. Took my wheelchair bound mother and son. Given a ground floor room with three beds. So far so good. No room service but you can bring breakfast to your room. As we had a family room the wheelchair could not go into the bathroom (even though I asked for an accessible room), had to go to the disabled toilets across the reception. The room was in need of a deep clean. I had to clean the hand rails before use as the hidden areas are easily forgotten. The door opening locks to the reception didn’t work so I had to struggle getting my mom to and from the toilet. Some kind customers assisted but the staff only helped if they were near the door at the time. The baked beans were cold on both mornings that we had breakfast. If you want a quick stop before going to London it’s ok. If you want a longer more comfortable stay go elsewhere.

Check in was great - welcoming, speedy and efficient. Room (ground floor) smelled strongly of damp and there was visible signs of damp on the outside wall on the ground level. Bathroom needed a good scrub…stained tile grout, etc. huge main bed and two pull out floor level beds for the kids. Would have been ideal had it not been for the poor and old mattresses which you could feel every spring through. Son’s was so bad he had to sleep on top of the duvet! It was so late when we checked in, we just put up with it but should’ve mentioned it really. Just one to watch. Great location for London break and £60 was cheap but I expect more from a Ramada…Premier Inn can nail it on a budget after all…

Freezing cold room which you can only heat by using the only plug that is shared between the TV and radiator. Bathroom too cold to use. Soap dispenser broken. Not a great stay

Hotel was clean, but the service was mediocre and the room was really cold. The faucet was leaking all the time. No one came to change clean towels even though we left a note on the door. I would say it is a 2 star hotel.

Pleasant stay! Lovely staff upon arrival, easy check in , huge comfortable bed, exactly what we needed. The only downside was the heating in the room wouldn’t work. Sadly the quilt was a summer quilt so I was really cold. Managed to find a portable heater in the hallway so pinched that for the night and that did the trick. Didn’t bother me but our room was adjacent to the tube line. Every 5 minutes or so it would pass and was loud. Not ideal for a light sleeper but like I said not a problem for me. Would definitely stay again :)

Had a good stay. Bed was comfy. Room was fairly decent. Stayed for one night. Only massive downside is there was only 2 plug sockets one of which the tv was plugged into. So when we needed to charge tablet and phones ready for our trip to London.

The area underneath the bed cover is very dirty, and the shower tools are not in good condition. It is difficult to control the temperature of the warm water. However, the overall space is good.

Noisiest hotel ever !! no sleep adjacent room with door could hear everything in the next room, could hear the trains passing all night, something squeeking and rumbling sounded like a vent loose, limited 5 item breakfast not even fried eggs. Only 1 plug socket in a family room of 4 and kids had to sleep on a mattress on the floor

The stairs didnt look like they had been cleaned for months. Handle broken on bathroom door. Poor Shower and could not alter temperature. Uncomfortable beds.

Room was fine however very basic, but it was £56 so absolutely not complaining at that price. It was a little noisy though- doors banging through the night, workman started very early outside, car park being dug up etc.

staff are not polite as well as kitchen have less staff to run in the morning. Dirty tables , dirty cutleries ,empty food trays .

Staff on reception took some time to make eye contact, did not smile and were not particularly friendly. Staff in the restaurant initially slow. They were interracting loudly with each other and one told colleagues that they were not to take back customers' food (one customer had asked for his food to be cooked longer).

Well located and free easy parking. We had an executive room which was large and clean but only two small pillows, the hotel had no spares when asked. We stayed in a room opposite the main north / south high speed rail line, so some train noise was heard overnight.

There was nothing to like about this location, i have made a list of the things that are unacceptable: Loose plug socket ( arcing, potential electric shock). Floor is disgusting ( looked as if it was never cleaned) Dirty towel ( looked unwashed on arrival) No plug sockets next to bed Loud noises ( for our entire stay children running up and down hallways banging on doors) Dirty bathroom/ mould around the sink Dirty iron left mark on the clothing. Dirty spoon on arrival ( Chocolate )

Next door was playing loud music in the morning asked reception twice to tell them to turn it down Only 2 small pillows for a king size bed Paid for late check out so I can sleep in but got woken up by housekeeping then got a phone call from reception to pay for late check out when I already did honestly feel knackered after my night there

The price was reasonable but the location meant that there were no local facilities available other than the Motorway Services. Check in was smooth and the staff friendly. In the room it appeared clean. The window handle was broken and the windows did not seal well allowing the noise from the nearby railway and traffic to disturb rest. The food in the restaurant was overcooked but service was good. There was a good selection for breakfast but I found it cold.
