The air on in the room would not lower meaning we had a very uncomfortable sleep. We returned to the room at 10.30 and had to be up at 5 to get the plane home. When. It was mentioned to the reception on departure we were told it should’ve been reported and maintenance would have gone to the room and fixed.Not really practical based on the time we had to be up. The architrave around the door was loose. When unplugging my phone I received an electric shock. There is a huge crack in the ceiling above one of the beds. Reception staff on departure when reporting the issues was rude.

Loved it. The room was clean. Private. The staff were friendly. Ordered taxis when required. Which didn’t take long. Breakfast was amazing. The eggs and bacon were superb! Usually eggs in most hotels can be horrible to eat. The scrambled eggs were top! This hotel is in a great location too. You can drop your bags off securely in your room and take a short walk to Lima Subway. Which will then take you to some great places. We found the easiest way to get to this hotel via Milano Linate airport is via the subway. We changed once from the airport station and were at Lima station in total time of 20 mins!! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Front desk service not up to par. Not polite

The breakfast was delicious and all you can eat. The property was stylish, clean, and convenient.

Hotel and staff were awesome. The only issue was our room window was next to a bysy street. Slept with windows open b/c it was warm in our room. Noise level was very loud.

The location was on a nice street shopping area and wasn’t too far to Duomo and walking distance to the Milano centrale. The stuff were very nice and helpful.

Good location within walking distance to train and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Tiny tiny tiny shower. Bathroom door was very squeaky and walls thin. But neighbors are quiet so didn’t bother much. Good value for the money. Front desk very helpful.

Me hospedé por negocios, inicialmente dos noches en el hotel, durante oct/2022. Llegué a media noche y tuve una cálida recepción. Siempre recibí recomendaciones dónde cenar. La habitación fue impecable y tranquila. A pesar de estar ubicada la ubicación al frente del ascensor, no me sentí perturbado en ningún momento. Cálido servicio de todo el staff, desde el administrador, quien atendía la recepción, así como las encargadas del desayuno. Facilidad de dejar mis maletas mientras regresaba dos noches después a completar mi estadía.

Hotel is in a good location, service was horrible, staff was very Rude and not helpful at all.

Staff was friendly. AC Controlled by front desk. No In room iron. Had to obtain a key to get up to laundry room and iron. Hotel was overall very nice for the price point

Budget hotel with good value for money. Bedroom was on the small side but was functional and clean and comfortable and looked recently fitted out

Nicely decorated hotel, but not worth a single cent due to their uneducated, unprofessional night receptionist. I booked a double room for single use, but when I saw on social media that a friend of mine was in the same city, I told him to come and visit (guests are usually allowed, if I wanted to receive poor service I would've gone to a hostel). We ĺost track of time and when my friend was leaving to his place, he was stopped by such receptionist, who starting throwing a fit at him and demanding him to pay a second occupation fee of 30 euros, which he paid. You would normally think that paying the relevant fee would've been enough to sort this out, but when I was leaving the property the same staff member locked the door, yelling and screaming at me about my friend, and demanding that I had to apologise to him, to which I refused as he was more than happy to take our money. He went on to say "this is not your house where you can sin as you want". I am still in shock that in 2021 in one of Europe's biggest metropolis these type of situations still happen. Utterly disappointed with Ibis hotels; you can be sure I won't be booking any property from Accor group anytime soon.

Very nice hotel close to the city center and The Dome. Only 3-4 stops with the metro. Very nice and helpful staff and a good breakfast. We had two good nights at Ibis Milano.

Good location, easy walk from Milan Central Station and only 20-25 minutes from Duomo. Very friendly staff, and room was a good standard. Only negative is the walls are very thin so was woken during the night by the guest next door snoring!

Good location. 25 minute walk from Duomo. 10 minute walk from Milano Centro. Modern room. My single was very small. But good value when I booked it.

The hotel was nice and clean and very central. The staff were also very polite. However the walls are paper thin!! When trying to sleep at night all you can hear are the people above you, literally everything!! There was a lot of noise above us for a good few hours very late at night-into the early morning so it made it difficult to sleep.

The receptionist not friendly , rude. Take about 25-30mins to reach Duomo. If you are driving, there is parking nearby that gonna take about 5mins walk

Its a 10 minute walk from Milan Centrale Train Station- nice location in the midst of all the shopping. Nice hotel rooms and super friendly staff.

Very clean and nice location.Close enough from central station and wide road.You can walk to duomo.I requested 2 singles and they gave me one double and 2 single beds which is very nice.

Roomy accommodation, comfortable bed. However, the room was extremely hot, and when I tried to notify the front-desk, the hostess couldnt give any suggestions. The manager was right next to her, and only made the situation worst. I had the temperature set-up for 20, trying to cool down the ambient. We just couldnt rest because of the hot air inside the room.
