The accommodation itself was fantastic. The rooms are very modern, surprisingly spacious, and kept exceptionally clean. The location is unbeatable—it's right where you want to be on Corso Buenos Aires. We were easily able to walk to the main square to take in all the sights, and it was a very comfortable walk to and from Milano Centrale train station.
The main drawback is that there is no physical front desk or human check-in; everything relies entirely on a digital link sent to your phone to unlock the main building entrance, the guest house door, and your individual room key pad.
We ran into issues twice during our stay. On arrival, we couldn't get the outer building door to open while struggling with a mobile connection, making hard to reach management. Luckily, someone leaving the building let us inside. The same door lock issue happened again on our final night.
To their credit, once we reached the property manager via WhatsApp, they were responsive and resolved the issue immediately each time. However, whether it was due to tech glitches or user error, relying strictly on digital links made the entry process quite stressful.
If you don't mind fully automated self-check-in and having reliable mobile data handy, it’s a wonderful place to stay in Milan!

very friendly digital staff
I received so many whatsapp/emails and information about check-in and daily city tax. As I am a very digital person - no problem, but for my parents it would have been horror. If you prefer personal check in - gonna be tricky.
